Very unprofessional and there is no chance of getting service the way they are dealing with me. They say they will call if there is a cancellation 2 to 3 weeks out. I don't see any intention of completing the service. I spent 2 months chasing them.

I called approximately 15 times with no response and received an answering machine each time. I sent an email and received a reply stating they are very busy and do not have the time to take a look at the project I need completed. I requested a refund for the Big Deal.

They were so helpful. They told me which lights to purchase and they came and did the work. They were professional and diligent. They were very nice, easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about them. I've used them before and will use them again.

At approximately 11:05 Service tech showed up directed him to area of problem and was fixed in no time. Awardo (the tech) explained what was to be done, did it and all is good ! :o) After a rocky beginning (with contacting us) hindsight is that Angie needs to put a disclaimer on the vendor contacting customer within 48 hrs. Especially if a weekend is beginning. Would I recommend ADI.... yes.

It went good. There was no additional charge. It was my first time using them. There are no issues with the outlet. It has been working fine.

They did a great job. They finished their work. I think that the price was average.

I also had some additional work done. They assembled and installed a chandelier in another room. They completed all of the work in one day. That went fine and they cleaned up. The only issue I had was that there was no finish work included with the deal. I didn’t fully understand what was and was not included in the deal. When my old fluorescent lights were taken down, I was left with a large, bare recessed box up in my ceiling. I had expected for the area to be prepped for the painting. I haven’t been able to find the right contractor yet that could come and finish the ceiling work.

He came out and did his job efficiently, they did a professional job, and I am satisfied with this company, however, one of the sockets blew out in one lights that are mounted on the ceiling, and is not working, I would be very appreciative if they could come out and see what this issue is. If this company was closer I would hire them in the future.

I decided to hold off on the upgrade and I'll maybe do a full replacement in the future.

They were able to re-hook us up properly. They knew what they were doing. It was really good and they were nice - although a tiny bit on the expensive side!

He was excellent. Hard working guy who got the job done. I was impressed.

only ok -- I bough a "deal" on Angies List, and went I called to schedule they said the deal had been so successful that they couldn't come out for two months. Unacceptable.

Finished ahead of schedule and did a wonderful job

Company would not honor the deal because they said I was out of their service area. The deal was part of my service area and over 100 reviews on the company were from my service area. They still declined without asking me if the service area and my home address were the same and they are not.

The technician came and said they would have to make a big hole for the line. I would have to then find another contractor to repair the stucco. It will require a lot more work than I thought, so I have cancelled this deal. They were very nice and explained all details.

They could not perform job until the end of the month. Suggested I contact Angie's List to get my refund. They were professional and understanding that I needed the work done earlier and apologetic that they could not get to me sooner.

After seeing an Angie's list Big Deal promotion for a Whole House Electrical Inspection for $49, I called to ask about the offer. He advised a whole house electrical inspection is really $249. I asked about the Big Deal promotion. He said that promotion doesn't apply to houses in Escrow. I asked him to explain why, he said because I don't own the home yet. He advised there was a policy against inspecting homes on escrow with this coupon and said it was in the fine print. I read the fine print aloud, nothing in the fine print at all. He said it was a company policy. Other comments, he called me back within 2 minutes and he was polite. I won't be hiring a company who doesn't honor their own advertising.

On time and were very efficient in their work. Two electricians showed up and went right to work and quickly confirmed what I suspected was the problem that the transformer went bad and unfortunately was likely behind the wall and back splash. They identified that the one light switch went bad and replaced it with a spare I had at home. In and out within 30 mins. Good job.

Wanted them to work on the ceiling fan, but they said that they couldn't work on mine. Wanted to do some new wiring and they don't do that either. After my third option they said it wasn't part of the deal. They said I would need additional time which would cost me extra money. It just wasn't working out with me and the service provider. They were very responsive and I am not mad at them, we just didn't fit. I do believe they should state that it was two guys for one hour. Seems misleading.

This project went extremely well. I am pleased with the job. This is the first AL Deal of the Day in which the provider did not attempt to "up" sell me. They were running ahead of schedule, so they called to see if it was okay to come a little early. I told them to come and they were literally in and out in about 35 minutes. I would definitely use this company again.
