ADI had a $49 one hour labor deal which I bought around the holidays. They toldl me that they were fully booked and I needed to call back for an appointment after the new year. I contacted them via phone and was able to book between 10-12 on Monday, February 2nd. They also gave me a reminder call closer to the date and asked me to confirm. The electricians called me a little after 10 to ask if it was okay to come early-they were able to change the light switch with the replacement I had bought from the hardware store and the outdoor motion detector light I also bought within the hour. They also checked some of my connections and the electric panel(s) for me. It was an altogether positive experience-I would hire again.!

They did a good job. They installed a few light fixtures in some bedrooms.

I liked them because they did not try to up-sell me. They did a great job and everything went well. I would recommend this company as well as use them again when needed.

I called them and was able to speak to someone right then and they informed me that it would be 3 weeks before they could get to me. I decided to go with someone else because I needed the work done sooner.

I was satisfied with the work. I had some scheduling problems, but it was not their fault. They were able to work with me and we got the work done within a reasonable amount of time. They were very flexible. They did what they said they were going to do and I was pleased.

It was great. They were on time. There was a couple of extra holes that they had kind of made when they were installing and they didn't really line up but it wasn't that big a deal.

Luis and Henry were prompt and efficient as always. Only knock on company is that I bought an angie's list deal for a second visit after purchasing a deal for the first visit months before, and I was told I had to supplement the cost, and that the deal does not count for a second visit. The Big Deal details should say that the offer is only good for initial visit.

Everything went well, and we had no issues with the service.

Helping to isolate excessive power usage... will book in the future for more work.

It went very well. They came and did exactly what they did, and we're very pleased.

I purchased the deal on 1/7/15 and was not able to get scheduled until 2/2/15. We set up a time slot for this date. I got a call on 1/30/15 and was told they had to push my time slot back, which I was ok with. I got a call today & said they had to push my time slot back again. The time they suggested did not work for me and the next available date was 5 weeks from now. I am getting a refund.

the technician never showed up or even called to apologize for not showing up. I paid $499.00 upfront through angie s list and they never did the job!

They were fine. They were very professional, very prompt. I think I might have called them more than once.

The service was fine. My house does not have as much attic space as others so it did take them a little longer to do the job. They let me know the materials they were going to need ahead of time so I could purchase them myself and save some. I would work with them again.

It was very good. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. The electrician was fine and very professional and courteous.

They did a great job. They were here on time. It was a very small job but they did it. Initially, the gal that was taking the reservation or appointment said that they were so overwhelmed because it was another deal for $39. She didn't think they could make it but then I did call back again and they were able to accommodate me. There was no extra charge. I thought it was gonna be more complicated that's why I called them. It was a matter of changing the bulb. There was no problem.

None of the dates I requested were available (I.e. within a week). They didnt have ANYTHING available for a month or more. That's not a useful 'deal.'

It was fine. They did what we asked them to do. The scheduling was fine. I don't remember anything notable so I'm sure it was fine. I would recommend them. They did it timely. That was fine.

The electrician came out and was very honest in informing me I did not need the service. Also it would be an additional $500 to do the service and as I did not need it I did not go forward with it and got a refund from Angie’s List. I would use them for future service.

I did not have any work done because the woman on the other end of the line said that if I did not go out and purchase the parts required to do the job that I would end up paying 5 times for them to supply the parts and do the job. I am 75 years old and I am unable to go out and purchase the parts.

They were very unresponsive in the beginning and told me I couldn't contact them until January 5th. When I finally did get a response back from them they told me they couldn't do the work I need done.

That turned out great. I think I've had their service a couple of times. They have always been good in service and the communication is very good, the services very good. The professionals that came to do the work have always been very cordial and professional.

The provider was prompt and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They gave me the option of updating my exterior outlet where the light would be powered from. I decided that was a good idea & again, the work was fast & done well.

They were very responsive just too far away.
