They are unable to do the type of electrical work I need though so I requested to have the deal refunded.

Everything went perfect, I just thought the price would have been less. I am happy and the job was done right, money well spent.

They were polite and responsive. They simply couldn't perform the service I needed.

They were excellent. They were on time, they were fast, they were clean and then they were out of here. They are very prompt and polite. The workers came in and didn't cause any kind of a mess.

After the last two of my Angie's List deals went sour, I did this one with the thought that if it was another strike I would be leaving Angie's List. Well, it was a Home Run! ADI contacted me promptly and set up an appointment. Alas, I had to change my time, but the young lady helping me fixed it so that I had no delay. Mssrs. Alvaro and Louis arrived promptly and went to work immediately. The jobs were done in a flash. They tested them and told us to call if there were any problems. Thus far everything working as right as rain. Mssrs. Alvaro and Louis were Prompt, and Professional and I would use their [and ADI Electrical's] services again with no hesitation. When I called, the representative told me I could purchase a GFCI outlet at a considerable savings or have the electricians bring the outlet. I really appreciated being told of the lower cost alternative. The electrician installed my purchased outlet quickly and efficiently.

After I purchased the deal, I contacted them to schedule the appointment, which they could not come out for a month. I let them know everything I wanted to have done, including upgrading this to have to heater, exhaust, and light. They said they can perform this service. I called them to cancel after I started reading into this deal and the specifics.

Had a special $89 service charge call. We wanted an electrical outlet installed in the back yard. Contractor came out and said it was rather complicated and was more involved in than the $89 would allow. We were told someone would call us to set up an appointment to apply the $89 to another job. We hadn't heard any call back. I called them to explain that we were expecting a call an hadn't received one. They apologized and had one of the supervisors come out and gave us estimates for various things we wanted to do. We called the contractor back and set an appointment for installation of two light fixtures and an electrical outlet in the garage. They came out on the appointed day to complete the repairs. They were prompt, professional, and very courteous. We have other repairs that they had given us estimates on and will most likely have them come out again. I would recommend them highly.

The gentlemen were nice and they did their best. I had purchased some dimmer switches which they said were not that suitable for the task at hand. So they showed me by using dimmer switches they had that it wasn't their efforts but it was the other dimmer switches. What I didn't like was that I asked them how much it would be to buy their dimmer switches and they said 120 dollars and that they would discount them to 95. You can purchase them online and delivered to your house at 28 dollars. If any company can charge what they want, that is close to usury in my opinion. They provided an hours worth of labor. Their work seemed to be fine but if it wasn't in the Deal, I imagine their prices are highly overcharged.

We were very happy with ADI Electrical and will use them again in the future.

It went fine. One guy showed up and he did the whole job in about 20 minutes. He showed up on time too. He left no mess behind.

My experience was fine. There were two people here doing the work. They were fast on the job.

The service went very well. My wife primarily dealt with the company. We paid an additional fee for some lights. The technician was fair and explained things well. My only concern is that they installed the lights where they wanted and did not ask where I wanted them. Their location is not the best because of that. I had no problem scheduling the service.

I tried to make an appointment at that time of purchasing the deal but they told me that they were not available. So the service was done right before Christmas. I asked them to replace the auto fridge. The one I bought was broken by them and I had to purchase one from them. It worked fine so far. I spent $100 extra.

If you called me like 2 weeks ago, I would say it was perfect but now I have several problems with the switch. In fact I want to call them to come and check on the switch. I don't know what is happening. There were additional services because I had to have some additional wiring done but there weren't additional charges. I would recommend them. The guy came out, did a survey initially and we talked about what needed to get done. He scheduled to send the installation guys who came right away. They were very prompt, clean, covered everything, didn't leave a mess, were professional and were in and out as quickly as I would expect them to be for getting the work done. They did high quality work. The price was excellent.

I loved those guys. They were great. They were awesome. I had a lot to be done. So the final price was much beyond the big deal price. They were very knowledgeable and very thorough.

I want a refund as nothing has happened and I cannot get an appointment set.

It went well and was well priced. Quality product.

Ariel was extremely communicative and professional. He responded to all my questions professionally, thoroughly, and promptly prior to engaging on the project. His workers showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. Would use again (and in fact will be using ADI for a panel upgrade soon).

They were not certified electricians. That was obvious the minute they came in and talked about it. Instead of all the switches being in the on position, four of them were off. They left them off because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with them and why they were off. They just quit. They told me, "We don't know what those are for." So I started to tell them. But when I started talking electrical talk they didn't know what I was talking about. I know from experience that when you start talking to somebody who doesn't know what you're talking about it's no point going there because nothing better is going to happen. So, number one, they didn't accomplish what they came here to do. There is no way I would recommend them to anybody. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They told me what day they would come out and they did. I have no complaints about that. In terms of solving my problem actually they were useless.

They arrived on time, got to work right away. Figured out how to install outlet without any damage to any walls. Looks great. Have used them many times and always a great job. EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!!!

It went very well. I was very pleased. They finished it in one hour. I was really impressed. They were really good. I would not hesitate to use them again. They did a very good job.

We had a terrible experience with this company. We bought a Big Deal coupon for a $39 light installation based on their high reviews. ADI booked our appointment one month out because they were so swamped from the Angie's List offer. The day before our appointment, ADI called to move it a couple of hours later. The next day no one showed up during our appointment window. We didn't get a call until that evening, and we were told they were running behind but could come that night if we wanted. We declined and rescheduled the appointment for after the holidays. We had another appointment in early January, and yet again, no one showed up. We didn't get a call until after the window had passed. They offered to come that night, but we decided we didn't want to be involved with a company that is this flaky.

ADI technicians were professional and provided quality work.

This offer wasn't very successful. The electrician wasn't able to fix what I needed fixed and I ended up having to hire another company to do the work.
