I wanted to have the lights split up and this caused the cost to increase by $490.00. They lights are great and they did a beautiful job.

It went great. They arrived on time. They were polite. They had their identifying T-shirts on, displaying their company name and logo. The fixed the problem quickly.

I purchased a deal through Angie's list and had ADI hang a chandelier. When I told them the ceiling was very high, they not only told me about their charge for a taller ladder but also said I could avoid the cost if I provided my own. The eletricians arrived and quickly installed the chandelier, which looks great now. This is the second time I have used ADI and I'm very happy with their service.

It was fine. They were here for about an hour.

The end state installation exceed expectation. The 2 technician were very punctual and professional. Took a little longer than expected to schedule 1 1/2 months and there was an additional delay due to ceiling type.

The 2 guys who came out were very professional and cleaned up after they left. Thank you! Note: I couldn't remember the exact dates the service was provided but tried to get everything as close as possible.

They were prompt and on time. They corrected all the problems and everything is working fine. They were much lower than I expected. I have scheduled them for other work. I did not pay an additional fee.

They were very good. Earlier some electricians were giving excuses for not being able to do the job. This guy came over and took care of it. He was very efficient. I really liked the box that he put in. It is really secured. I really do not know whether the pricing was fair, but I was happy.

They came out way beyond our inspection. They did the right inspection. I talked to them about other projects but other projects would be high in price. They were very thorough and pointed out somethings that need to be taken care of. Other contractors came in and looked at the inspection and said I was quoted high.

Two person team. Helper completed task but was a little careless about leaving bits and pieces on the floors - nevertheless I would use them again.

The scheduling was very good. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them.

He came out and advised that my old trailer would need the entire electrical system replaced. He was very informative and I would definitely consider using him in the future.

Why doesn't his company say that a fan installation is about $150? Why doesn't this review appear on their page. There is so much wrong with this, it's hard to know how to articulate one's frustration. They came to see about installing a ceiling fan. For whatever reason, it was going to cost $82 more to do this job. I declined. This job was started long after the purchase date as the room it was being installed in was not available. Now at the time, the man from ADI stated that i could get a full refund. Sounds good. BUT, Angie's list tells me that its way beyond the 30 day BS. They also tell me they will get back to me. They did not. This situation stands exactly as it has for weeks. I hate Angie's List, i would not recommend it to anyone. The prices are so exorbitant as to be laughable. The service is hideous. They should pay me my money and let me the h*** out of here.

I bought an Angie's list deal for $89 for two hours of labor. I needed to install a new ceiling fan in my living room and replace an existing ceiling fan. I was told by ADI in advance that the installation of the new ceiling fan would use up the two hours [2 people, one hour]) and that if they need more time, I would be charged the normally hourly rate of $185. As expected, they went over the hour and I did have to pay an additional $185 to finish the job. They were also able to replace an existing ceiling fan within the second hour. $274 to install a new ceiling fan seems a bit steep ($185 would have been charged regardless of the time spent on the second hour), which is why they do not earn an A for price/value. The work was done well, very professional, I am just not sure I can afford them next time

I got ROYALLY SCREWED on the parts! I will never use ADI again! I signed up for a special deal via Angie's - one hour of labor for $40. In all fairness to ADI, Cindy (excellent phone rep) explained what I needed to purchase myself in order to keep the cost down - the motion light, an electrical box, Romex wiring and conduit. I purchased the light, but there were so many different kinds of elec. boxes, plus the wiring & conduit were a minimum of 25 ft, I thought I'd let them provide that. I knew there would be a mark up, but figured it wouldn't be that expensive. Important note: The location of the motion light is about 3' above my electrical panel, a pretty easy job. The workers showed up on time and were very professional. When I told them I only had the motion light, they told me it would be: $150 for the wiring (it's generally under $30 for 50 feet) $85 for the round bell box (seriously?! They're under $10 at Home Depot!) $50 for the 5 feet of conduit I needed (it runs about $1 a foot) This totals $285 and they said the best they could do was $250 (how nice of them, eh?). I was outraged but only since I had taken a "vacation" day off work to have this done, I said okay. I am so angry, knowing full well that I was screwed, but in a bind. I would NEVER use ADI again and am going back to my reliable electricians. I now know there's no such thing as a deal.

They were responsive to my request for added work. Specifically, they installed to plugs directly off the circuit breaker box adding a new circuit breaker without gouging me for the cost.

The tech gave us his suggestions on our electrical wiring. We need to rewire our electrical and update our electrical box. Gave us really good information and told us what it would cost us to do everything.

They were great, I didn't pay anything extra and they came out a while ago. They were fine and they did their work properly.
