They put the outlet exactly where I needed it, finished the job quickly, were very neat and were prompt.

Went well. No problems.

Two technicians came by, and immediately went to evaluate two ceiling lights that were not working. Turns out connection wires inside the wall had become disconnected. They fixed it quickly and both lights work now. Also, they looked into a non-working outside socket, and it turned out that it only works when the outside light switch is turned on. Also they gave me good advice on overloaded electric circuits in my bed and family rooms. I bought LED bulbs and have not had a blackout since. These all seemed like simple problems that a good DIYer could figure out themselves, but for $50 bucks, this was well worth it. The whole thing took 30 minutes. The only unfortunate thing is that they are really busy and you have to schedule at least a week in advance. We had to reschedule twice. Not a big deal for me, but in an emergency, this may be a problem. However, I am sure that they have services for emergency. Overall I am very happy that I called them.

Overall I am truly disappointed with this company. I purchased the "Angie's List" deal for two hours of electrical work for $89., I believe. As I learned soon after, it was two men for one hour. Okay, no issue with that. I purchased this in Jan., the company didn't have time to come out until today, March. The receptionist/scheduler for their company, Cindy, was always nice. But purchasing something in Jan. and paying for it at that time and not getting work done until March is kinda....uh, unprofessional. Two men came out today, they were right on time; 8:05 am. In the order that I gave them, they worked and finished the items that I gave them. Well, most of them anyway. At 8:25am (they started at 8:05am) they started working on a ceiling fan that needed "bracing", ie, it jiggled when it ran, although it didn't do it when the guys were here. They did their best and used the "brace" that I had purchased to fix it, really not sure if it is fixed or not, as you shall see later. Okay! So according to the workers, the time is up for what I purchased from ADI Electrical. The fan that was on the ceiling prior is now on the bed in all it's parts; blades, main housing, etc. They inform me that their time is now up and ADI charges $200/hr. for more work. No peicemeal, if it takes ten minutes to put the fan back up it will cost me $200. Called ADI, spoke w/Cindy who quite kindly offered to do it for $100. REALLY?? So now I have a ceiling fan that belongs to a roomie that is sitting in my front room. I was willing to pay an extra $30. for the guys to stay and put the fan back the way they found it, but evidently that doesn't work for ADI. The men that did the work work were really great, it's the company that bites.

They came and installed recessed lighting. They came on time, were very professional and cleaned up well. It was very positive experience.

They came out to inspect the job and discovered that we have more preparation to do before they can perform the service. Not the company's fault, we just didn't expect the extra prep work that needs to be done beforehand.

i purchased the $49 / one hour labor deal thinking I had a simple job of moving an electrical wire that connected from the house to the garage (the previous owners thought it was a good idea to plant a palm tree directly under the wire). However, once he arrived- the electrician told me it was a much more involved process - instead of just relocating the wire, it would need to be buried under ground to meet code. The electrician was very knowledgeable and quoted $2250. My husband insisted we get a few more quotes, and ADI was by far the most expensive. We ended up going with another company that did the same work, but for only $700! I thought the electrician was lovely, but ultimately it was way too expensive. I still haven't used the $49 special I bought- what a waste.

Was out of my service area would not preform services.

Not very responsive at all, but we just want to go with a different provider.

THE GOOD: the electricians were great -- they were fast, knowledgable, and gave me supplementary advice/info about my system. They did a lot of work in the 40 minutes they were at my home. THE BAD: I had to book this 6 weeks out. We remodeled our kitchen 2 months ago, but when we were done we had one socket that wouldn't work. We bought a weekly deal, then had to wait six weeks to get it finally completed. The guys don't bring their own ladders, so if you have anything up high you need to provide your own. I also bought my own replacement outlets, because I'm told they over-charge if they use one of theirs. OVERALL: I'm not certain I'd buy the "$89/hr of work" deal again, but I might use ADI without the deal. I didn't use the entire hour allotted because they didn't have the proper ladder to reach my ceiling. However, the guys are great and fast, so . . . maybe?

They were fine. They were courteous, prompt and they did a nice job.

It was fine. They came on time and fixed the two things I needed fixed quickly, cleanly, and without breaking anything. The only drawback was that I hired them via a Big Deal shortly before Christmas so they didn't have anyone available for a few weeks. Otherwise it was great.

They were fast neat, and professional. I have since purchased another deal to install recessed lighting in the bedroom.

I just wanted to give kudos out to the gentleman who came out, he was very courteous and kind and very prompt. It has nothing to do with the company that I am not proceeding with the project and if I ever need someone for electrical issue's in the future I would use them immediately due to how professional this gentleman was.

I was unable to use this service before its expiration date. I had thought that the money paid would not be forfeited, but when I called Angie's List I was told that there is no refund nor can I have the money applied to a future service offer. I'm curious as to who got the money for the service not provided?

ADI Elecrical provided all the services promised at the price quoted. We also had them install an outdoor outlet, at a cost of $49.00, which was very reasonable. They were professional, patient and courteous. We would use them again.

Everything went great! there were a team of two electricians so the outlet work was finished quickly. The panel review was thorough. I appreciated not being pressured to buy more services. These guys were very professional. they arrived on time and got to work quickly. I am very happy with the work and intend on using this company again.

They were great. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They scheduled pretty quickly and came on time. The work was done relatively fast. They did it in two hours.

It went smooth, no problems. They stayed within that price. They were quick and easy.

It turned out great. There was other work that I needed done which raised the price dramatically. They did a good job for me, I am happy with them. They came out within a week. They were quick. Its working fine. There was some miscommunication with the Water Department. He got everything cleared up with the inspector and it ended up taking longer than what they estimated. I would say it was a fair price. The big deal was the smallest part of the job. They did exactly what they said they would. I would use them again.

There were no dislikes and I liked that they came out to fix it within a hour and a half. They fixed it and we later had an issue with it but they came out to fix it again. I thought the price was reasonable.
