I am asking for a refund because no work was done.

The first light did not work, but ADI replaced it.

They were professional and worked very well

everything went well as expected and took an hour

It went well. They installed the lights and were nice, good workers and were very professional.

Ron and Alfaro were punctual, clean and personable. All work went well. They pointed out errors we made in selecting outlet colors. They made suggestions when asked about future kitchen lights and offered an estimate. Thanks for a great experience.

They are great, did everything super fast, however they missed a spot (an outlet) we asked them to fix.

the special I had bought was sold out but the next day they put a new ad it was not the same special I was to receive ,I had beat their dead line from the first offer. cost total 304.00$$$

ADI called to say they could come earlier than expected which worked out great. They were quick, professional, and did a great job installing the light. It was a very easy process. They also replaced a normal light switch with an automatic timer I had previously bought.

Purchased an Angie's List deal and paid a small extra surcharge to have the exterior outlet placed at the ideal location on the side of the home. The crew had the materials and completed the job in less than an hour.

First part went great. Workers were prompt and did a nice job. I was pleased enough to arrange for an estimate for about $5K worth of landscape lighting. Burned a half day off work to meet with Ron and walk property. That was the last I heard from ADI. No returned phone calls to multiple messages I left with them. Totally unprofessional.

Not well. The installers, who were very nice, were about an hour early probably because probably cancelled before me like I ended up doing. They showed me the exterior outlets they intended to install, which stuck out at least 6" from the wall and were not only unsightly but also dangerous because someone could run into them. They offered to recess them for extra money. What a scam! And even then, they still would have stuck out too much, at least 2". I didn't even ask them how much extra they were trying to get and I cancelled on the spot and have requested a refund.

Installation went great of the ceiling fan in our master bedroom. ADI was very helpful and went above and beyond for my wife while I was at work to help install the fan quickly and efficiently.

We met technician, Ron Ali, he was professional, efficient, and most importantly, he has the very good working attitude. Thanks Ron and your team!

Service was satisfactory. Workmen were on time. they explained what needed to be done, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards.

Seems to be good company arrived on time polite technicians - I felt they were a little pricey will get more bids and compare

They showed up on time. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after them. Very satisfied.

Installers were on time and very nice. The deal purchased isn't exactly clear on what you get and there is an upcharge for LED lights alothough they are very inexpensive.
