I have never experienced a service this unprofessional. I needed to have my air conditioner repaired by a vendor outside my insurance network. Prior to starting the work the technical advised he was licensed and fully insured and would provide his credentials. I requested an estimate be provided before any work was performed as I would need to have it approved with the insurance company first. In additional I would need their license number to provide to the insurance company. The technician performed the work before providing a proposal, which turned out to be double what most other companies would change. He also would not provide a license number for the insurance claim. He advised if we needed his license then he would just uninstall his repair and leave.

They do a superb job with my AC system. They fixed what Home Depot messed up. They always clean up after themselves. They call me when it's time for maintenance. They always let me know if they are running late.

They are a really good company. It was out of my budget range. I have not used them yet and they did give me an estimate. I thought that the price was reasonable. I would use them.

Be very careful with this company, they come across as very professional and trusting, but that's how they take full advantage of you. We were quoted their outrageous standard rate of $1009 to replace the garbage disposal. This is where the trickery begins....they tell you that if you purchase their service plan for $69, they'll give you the partner rate which was $875 but now you've given them access to your house for five years to find plumbing issues and continual price gouging. The tech must have felt bad because he threw in a $50 coupon and a 10% senior citizen discount which is how the final price came to $812 and it took an hour and a half to install it! I talked to the owner and he said he needs to charge these rates to cover his expenses. I think what he meant to say is that he needs to cover his expenses and his huge profit margin. He also said we could have said no to his quote. Yeah, good point and I wish my 80 year old mother would have had the courage to say no and get this snake salesman out the door as quickly as possible. Don't bother with this company, keep looking for a reputable company that charges reasonable rates without the games.

From the very beginning the company was very efficient and professional, stating when they were coming out.

Arrived at the end of the stated time frame due to traffic. He started out well--putting on booties to protect carpet/floors, assessed the situation and informed me of what he thought the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He then stated that he was going to write out an estimate and be back. HE SAT IN HIS TRUCK, in front of the house, FOR 30 MINUTES. It could NOT have taken 30 minutes to write up the estimate he showed me! I wouldn't of been so upset if he had at least stated a time frame of when I could expect him back. He brought in a shop vac to deal with the water in the drain--it began making a horrific noise and smoked up the kitchen with a horrible electric smell. It took two hours to complete the job, finally leaving the house at 7:30PM!!!

They fixed the problem and then they even came back to make sure everything was done correctly. We thought it was nice for them to follow up. They came out when they said they were going to.

They wanted to do everything else in the house and add on more money. I found out through other people that they did the same thing to them. They take advantage. They weren’t aggressive, but oily.

The experience was great. They were prompt and dealt with the situation very professionally. I will use their services again.

They were nice, professional, and went over things with me that I was not expecting. They also accommodated my financing needs but they were significantly more expensive than other bids I received. I did not use their service.

This company's employees were very prompt, polite and professional and they had good follow-up. Jovani's service was above and beyond what I had expected from a plumber. He took extra time to carefully clean off some glue on my new sink, checked out all the plumbing in my house even though I had hired him to do only certain jobs, pointed out potential problems, offered money-saving advice and left my house spotless. I had used another plumbing company several months ago and it's employee looked like someone I didn't even want in my house and his workmanship was so bad, some of the work had to be redone. It was a pleasure to have Jovani and Roy in my home. I highly recommend this company!

They arrived on time, had the parts necessary to complete the work that day, and made helpful suggestions.

We won't use them again. We later learned that their work wasn't up to par. Furthermore, they tried to sell us unnecessary services.
