We called Dave on a Friday afternoon. We agreed to meet the following morning. We actually woke him up with our phone call the next day due to our mistake. He came out to the house to see what we needed. He then left to go finish another job and returned a few hours later to complete our lock work. He arrived when promised, knew some history about our home from past work done, and delivered what we asked. Dave will be the first person we call with any future locksmith needs!

Service was performed promplty and as requested. When we had difficulties with one of the keys a week later, he returned and corrected the issue at no charge.

David Draper came out to change two of my locks. He was so friendly and went way beyond what I expected. I was able to call in the morning around 8am and he managed to meet me just four hours later (very short notice). He was even early to my house which was great. He changed my front door and one other lock in about half an hour. He also helped me secure my garage door, which was a bonus! My manual garage door had a broken locking mechanism so David fashioned a piece of metal out of his truck as a make-shift lock. I absolutely recommend!

Wonderful

I contacted Draper's late Saturday afternoon after being robbed at gunpoint in Sacramento. Mr. Draper had calls ahead of ours, but he came as soon as he could and immediately set about the task at hand which involved changing the cylinders in 11 locks. We were very appreciative of his willingness to wait for the remainder of the fees since we had already notified credit card companies and banks of our situation so we could not get any cash or write checks. Draper's doesn't take credit cards, but the robber had those anyway! Plus, it was President's Day weekend and the banks would not be open until Tuesday! Mr. Draper brought along a sense of humor with his locksmithing skill. He made us laugh and his sense of humor came in handy for him in coping with our super flatulent Cocker Spaniel! He was neat, professional, very personable, and just really decent! And all the locks work!
