Description of Work: They came on two days a fews days apart and cleaned a bedroom, a large upstairs area, and several area rugs. Very punctual, professional, pleasant. Were good about working around our limitatin in furniture moving.

+ -1 moreThe work was done by Chris; he has done work for us in the past and has always been excellent. It was convenient to set up the appointment and Chris showed up a bit early. He is very friendly, professional and does terrific work. He tries to keep the cost down, moves furniture himself, does peripheral items like a rug for a minimal cost, and overall is just what you would hope for when someone does work in your home. This review is brief because there are no problems at all, just great work at a more than fair price. I don't plan to use anyone else in the future.

+ -1 moreThey do a very good job. We had a couple of spots that we didn't know what was spilled and the techician worked on them until he got the spots out! We had tried everything on the spots and couldn't get them out.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, I appreciated their honesty in the estimate I was quoted. They arrived exactly when I expected them. Finally, I appreciated the cleaner's extreme professionalism and thoroughness.
Description of Work: It took me a couple of days to finally reach someone by phone for an estimate, because I kept missing their return calls, but their estimate was very honest and fair (no hidden costs). They arrived on time and immediately sprayed all my carpets with cleaner and then steam cleaned each room. They completed each room efficiently and even moved a couple of large chairs in my living room. Then they put pads under the legs of the chairs so as not to damage the wood or carpets with the wood stain. They clearly communicated how long I should expect it to dry. Finally, they cautioned me not to put metal or wood on the wet carpet. I appreciated the extra care.

+ 0 moreTwo men were very thorough, removing spots and doing a very good overall job. All surfaces took more than six hours to dry and there was some chemical smell, which dissipated. Very courteous and polite, even with a difficult access driveway.
Description of Work: Cleaned a large, three-piece sectional couch. Cleaned living room-dining room, four bedrooms, hall, two flights of stairs and master bath carpeting.
