Description of Work: Our a/c unit would turn on but would not cool the room. We've called numerous a/c companies but relaxed heating and air had a tech available same day. Technician called before arrival and upon arrival diagnoses the issue. He needed to replace a part that was not in stock. Promised to return next day with the part and fix the issue. Completes as promised next day. We were very happy with the service and availability of technician as well as ease of communication with office staff.
