+ -1 moreThis is the first time I’ve used Angie’s list. And I couldn’t be happier. Mitch Morales from REM Electrical called me within 10 minutes. The outlet connected to my tankless water heater stopped working so I had no hot water. Mitch was great he had me check a few things to see if I could fix it myself. He walked me through checking the breaker and reset button. I asked him to just pop over. He was there within 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would he was polite, professional and quoted me a price over the phone and that’s what I paid. He made sure I had hot water before he left. I will definitely have Mitch back to install some outdoor lighting. If you need electrical work done Mitch morales at REM is your man.

Description of Work: I couldn’t be happier with the service and project delivered by REM. My project involved installation of an EV charging station in the garage for my new electric vehicle. My garage/home did not have an existing 220V 50 amp outlet and so needed all new wiring/breaker/routing from the relay box to the garage running through under the house/crawl space. It was not a straightforward project but REM delivered. Upon requesting for a project bids through Angie’s list, Mitch from REM responded within a couple of hours. Mitch is very courteous, professional and methodical. We communicated over email and phone/text. He came over to my house to assess the project. He then provided a bid within 24 hours via email. We scheduled the installation the same week. Mitch arrived on time and installed everything to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely hire Mitch/REM again, and I recommend them for your electrical needs.

Description of Work: I spoke with Mitch on the phone and it turns out that I actually didn’t have a problem with the wiring after all. He suggested how I could verify that the outlets were connected to the correct circuit panel box. He took the time to talk about it with me and although I didn’t need his service this time, I will definitely call him the next time I need an electrician. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Mitch!

I called around town asking to take a look the existing electrical panel assuming I had to replace the whole thing for a new one, but Mitch was able to troubleshoot and determine the exact root cause and saved me the headache of permitting, dealing with the meter spot location and a huge expense. Thanks to him for working with me and he is as good as there is! I’ll be using him as my number 1 choice going forward for any electrical issues I encounter in the future!
