+ -1 moreThe person that came to my home wasn't very courteous, when he defrosted the freezer he allowed the water to spill all over the floor which wet some items left on floor & did not empty the drain pan on refrigerator it was left full of water to drip on the floor. I had to provide him with my own towels.
Description of Work: Installed a new part in refrigerator, needed to defrost the freezer to do repair.

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN WAS ACTUALLY EARLY, AND IT WAS MORE CONVENIENT. HE CLEANED UP THE MESS, AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE MICROWAVE. HE WAS VERY POLITE.
Description of Work: MY MICROWAVE STOPPED WORKING. METRO APPLIANCE CAME OUT AND OPENED IT UP. I HAD A BLOWN INTERNAL FUSE. IT WAS REPLACED.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH METRO APPLIANCE WAS VERY GOOD! THE TECHNICIAN SQUEEZED OUR APPT IN AND THEN LATER THAT EVENING RETURNED TO CHECK OUT WHY THE WASHER HAD STOPPED. IT TURNS OUT THAT OUR NEWLY INSTALLED ELECTRIAL OUTLET WAS LOOSE, CAUSING THE WASHING TO SHORT OUT.
Description of Work: WE HAD 2 PARTS REPLACED ON OUR MAGTAG WASHING MACHINE. A CALL WAS MADE IN THE MORNING AND THE NEXT DAY AT 8AM A SERVICE TECH WAS AT OUR HOME!
