+ -1 moreKevin comes to work and so do his guys. They are polite but don't waste time chatting. They do their work. They kept me in the loop of what was going on and treated my home and me with respect. I will use them again in the future. Happily.
Description of Work: We completely redid our kitchen. Gutted it and started from the floor up. New cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting, floors. Kevin and his guys handled it all and did an amazing job. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Showed up on time and were always polite and professional.

+ -1 moreIt went very smoothly. After hearing multiple contractor horror stories, we were pleasantly surprised that we had none to tell. Kevin was extremely responsive, always called back within a couple of hours. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed and taken care of. Our project was completed on time. Kevin was a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: We did a complete kitchen remodel, including installing hardwood floors, replacing our fireplace mantel, refinishing the hardwood floors in 70% of the house and painting the entire interior of the home. Kevin did the demo & drywall, the hardwood floor installation and refinishing, installed the new kitchen cabinets and appliances, build a walk-in pantry, installed the granite countertops, the interior paint and rebuilt our wood mantel.

Description of Work: Kevin Lynch and employees gutted my kitchen and re-built it. Appliances-old and new-were installed. Follow-up repair was made in a timely manner. Lynch offered ideas for solving certain issues but was not insistent they be followed. He has a good aesthetic sense.

+ -1 moreFilthy work habits. No prep. or protection for floors, walls, people. Work quality was very poor. Stairs rebuilt w/o replacing rotting support members. Painting quality very poor. Destroyed kitchen floor. Cabinets off center. Installed countertop w/o support (now sagging). Never kept appointments to review work. Denied poor quality of workmanship even when shown.
Description of Work: Installation of cabinets/fixtures from a kitchen store in Culver City. New entry doors. Rebuild stairs. Floor installation.
