We've had an ugly kitchen for the 15 years we have lived in our house. It was always a ""one day we will change it"" kind of thing. A slow leak under the sink made it a priority as everything needed to be replaced.

We worked with Dream Home Design and Build to completely redo our master bathroom from the ground up. While renovation is always stressful, Joseph and his team were fantastic to work with from beginning to end.

For a family in our late twenties, looking for a home, buying a home, and now renovating a home easily tops our list for some of the most thrilling and also stressful times of our lives. While home renovation is stressful, there are people out there that can make it infinitely better than you can hope for and also make it such that you can look past those horrific reviews online. We could not be happier with our newly renovated home and our experience with Joseph and his team. Before embarking on our remodel, we talked to many different contractors and while we liked a lot of them, we felt that Dream Home Design and Build was the only one giving us a truly honest assessment of what was possible and the cost of it all. From our first conversation with Joe, we had complete trust-- something we didn't feel with many of the other companies out there. He's a perfectionist and anything that was not to our liking in any way he immediately fixed. Any unforeseen problem was handled in a way that actually left us happier than we were before.

I don't think there is any higher recommendation you can give than choosing to use the same company twice. Joseph and Dream Home Design and Build did our kitchen a few years back, and when it was time to do a family room remodel they were the first and only company we called. As I said in my past Joseph and Dream Home Design and Build review, no job is without problems...what you want is a company that deals with the niggles that pop up in a timely and professional manner. They were on top of everything, and they didn't stop working until we were satisfied with the result. On time, on budget, and a beautiful result.

We had a great experience! Joseph was our project manager: he was always available if we had questions or concerns, and responded quickly to phone calls or texts. He stopped by almost daily during the process. We now have a beautiful insulated aluminum patio cover with lights and a fan. Dream Home Design and Build also installed tile on our existing patio slab. After a recent bad experience with another contractor, we are so glad we found Dream Home Design and Build and are so pleased with the final results of our patio!

We are so happy we choose Dream Home Design and Build for our master bathroom remodel. We worked with Or and he was the reason why we choose Dream Home Design and Build. He listened to what we wanted and he made it happen. Or went with me to choose the marble and the vanity, which made the process so much easier. His workers who entered our home were respectful, courteous and attentive. From start to finish Or made sure everything was perfect. We had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Joseph and Dream Home Design and Build was their dedication to quality and speed . I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Joseph's dedication to quality. I'm usually at work during business hours so Joseph was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project.

Heard such great things about this company so decided to try it once I needed their services. They did a wonderful job! Great services along with great workers as well. Joe took care of it all! Was an easy process overall. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am writing this review to state my appreciation for Joe and Dream Home Design and Build. Joe personally came out to look at my job and took careful consideration of everything that was involved. After, he had additional questions regarding the job, provided a quote, and was attentive with his follow up to me. He was very friendly and had many insightful ideas for my project. We needed a kitchen remodel and requested a consultation from Joseph. We didn't end up moving forward with the project but wanted to leave a review because Joseph took the time and effort to walk us through every bit of the process answering all of our questions. He took the time to do multiple in-person visits and even walk us through their showroom. In short, their customer service was great. Very patient and responsive. Will definitely keep them in mind for potential projects.

We had a very positive experience with Joe and the team at Dream Home Design and Build. They helped us fully renovate our garage space after the heavy rains in LA over the past few months caused some leaks. Joe was kind, courteous, responsive, and really tried to get to know us in the process of fixing up our space. His team worked quickly when they were able to (i.e., weather delays) and we are very pleased with the end result. Joe managed the whole process and provided frequent updates. My wife and I had Dream Home Design and Build paint the exterior of our house 2-3 months ago, and are very happy we chose them over other contractors. They did an excellent job, and this was not an easy project. Our house is almost 3300 square feet, and it hadn't been painted for over 25 years! We have extensive eaves and many French doors, so the trim was a lot of work. We had two other companies do some work on the house, but we were not pleased with what they'd done. Jow was the project manager, and came out right away. When we talked, I liked his commitment to doing a thorough and excellent job, so I decided to go with his bid. Even though it was a little higher than the lowest one I got, it was very fair. I am so glad I did. He kept us well-informed about each phase of the project, listened to and responded to all our concerns, and made sure everything he'd promised was done exactly as promised, with no hidden charges, and in a good time-frame.

Joseph and his team were great to work with throughout the entire project. They always kept me updated on the progress and responded quickly to all of my questions. Joseph and Dream Home Design and Build were willing to help us with a couple of small projects that turned out great! We would definitely work with them again.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! We moved into our home and knew from the beginning that the kitchen was going to need to be redone.
