Normally I would thank a customer for any constructive criticism and taking the time to leave a review; after all, it's the only way we can learn and improve to provide a better service. Unfortunately, in this case, the customer is greatly mistaken. We provided the customer and his wife with service that went above and beyond what was quoted. In both cases; for the leak detection we quoted the customer with a not to exceed price of $500.00. My technician spent an additional hour of search time on the property because we wanted to solve their problem. The same happened with the actual repair of the pipe. We provided the customer with a quote of $1100.00 to dig and replace a 3' deep, 10' long water line. The customer did not respond to the quote until a week later when their tenant was moving in and realized they had no water pressure. The customer called late in the afternoon, begging for us to replace the line that day. We rearranged the schedule, got a technician out to the job, and worked until 9pm that night to get their tenant water--we didn't even charge additional fees for the overtime that was required. After all this effort on our end to help the customer, they have not payed their bill for any of the work and have dodged my efforts to set up payment plans. Only now, when they have found out they're being served court papers do they have any complaints about service. Very disappointing, shame on the customer for not paying.
