In April 2015, I offered to housesit for a friend who was going on vacation. The day before she left, she told me that the drainpipe for the washing machine in the garage had overflowed and spilled a lot of water on the garage floor. When I looked in the underfloor, I could see that much of the 2" drain line was lying on the ground. Based on the good reviews in Angie?s List, I called Simeone Plumbing. I spoke with Domenic and scheduled an appointment with him for a service call ($49.95).
Loren and Zack came out on Thursday for the service call to determine the problem and what repairs would be necessary. They found that there were numerous cracks and splits in the two 2? drain lines (1 for the kitchen and 1 for the laundry in the garage which connect to each other in the center of the underfloor). They said this probably occurred when the pipe supports broke (defective) and the pipe fell to the ground and filled up with water. A written estimate of repair costs was emailed from Gina to both myself and the homeowner that evening. The estimate included four options ranging from a quick temporary fix at affected areas of pipe through a more complete replacement of underfloor plumbing, supports and testing of all other drain lines. Since it was not an emergency (only the kitchen and laundry were affected) an appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday with an arrival window of 8-10 am. 
Although they still had approximately 15 minutes left in their arrival window of 8-10 am, I decided to call and verify that we were still on for the Tuesday appointment. Gina answered and confirmed we were on. She said "let me check their location on the GPS".  She said that they were at Home Depot (picking up some parts) and would be there shortly - impressive! Loren and Zack arrived a few minutes later and completed all expected repairs. When they tested the areas they repaired where the pipe was obviously cracked they found that in addition to the problems under the house, there were also leaks and cracks in the pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink and in the wall at the laundry drain. Since this was above and beyond the work included in the chosen repair estimate, we discussed additional costs. We mutually agreed upon splitting the additional cost in half because they had actually completed the other work they had to do more quickly than expected and I said that I would do the drywall repair in the 2 areas after the pipe was replaced.
Domenic and Gina (owners) were friendly, courteous and professional. Loren and Zack were on time for both appointments, and they were also friendly, courteous and professional. They were careful to keep the inside of the house clean, wore shoe covers, and used a tarp at the underfloor access. They showed us each of the pieces of cracked drain line and the broken pipe supports after they brought them out of the underfloor.  My friend and I highly recommend Simeone Plumbing - very good to deal with and very professional!

. For each job, the serviceman asked if I wanted platium, gold, silver or bronze service ! I answered none of the above,especially as the difference in prices was astonishing . I simply wanted expert installation of the new faucet and and the problem with the toilet fixed. As a result, I opted for the cheapest [which was not cheap ] and assume that in each case I received expert and professional service.

Loren showed up on time to the minute on Thursday morning. The job was scheduled for 2 full days with more than one person, but due to multiple emergencies, Loren did almost the entire job by himself. This resulted in the work spilling over into Saturday and getting finally finished sometime on Monday. However, it was all planned so that I was never left without both water and sewer services overnight. All the old pipes and material left from past jobs were removed as the work went on...a dirty, filthy job. But Loren took pains to keep the area and himself as neat and clean as possible. He was patient, thorough and cheerful. I became discouraged when the leaky tub seemed to require tons of effort and still kept leaking. But Loren just tried a new fix and finally stopped the problem. When everything had been fixed and replaced, he ran a video camera through the entire waste pipe to where it connected with the city service to check that there were no other issues, like tree roots or broken pipes exterior to the house. Fortunately, all looked good, which was a very reassuring way to finish the job for me. The bill reflected the quote, minus some work we thought had to be done that didn't, as well as the Angie's List coupon. This resulted in the entire job costing less than I had been figuring...again a nice way to finish up. I highly recommend Simeone Plumbing and would call them again immediately if I had another plumbing problem.

Plumber was on time, courteous and competent. He was also quite fast in the repairs and replacement of the disposal. The price was higher than I expected although I haven't used a plumber's service in quite some time so I may be outdated in my expectations of pricing.

I hired Sineone Plumbing to change a booster pump for me. They did a great job. I felt the price was fair and they did quality work. They were on time for every appointment and professional.

Responded promptly to come on site and provide estimate, even though it was in a different city. Work done within the estimated time and cost. Work was done professionally and timely. Felt it was a very fair price for work performed.

He was just awesome. He re-arranged his schedule and came the same day that I called him. He was extremely professional and friendly. He replaced everything that needed to be replaced and stayed within his quote. He's doing a great job.
