Sequoia Glass

I can't say enough about Sequoia Glass. Brian is very professional. He came and remeasured one of my windows to make sure it was correct and calls or texts to check on your satisfaction when the job is done. I had my windows ordered and installed in no time. My new windows look beautiful. I have worked with Brian in the past also: he repaired my slider and replaced other windows. I have always been very satisfied with his workmanship, best price in town, and friendly disposition. I will go back to Sequoia Glass again and again. I love that they're local and do an amazing job!

I normally don’t do very many reviews but I felt I needed to for Sequoia Glass. Working with Brian was an absolute pleasure. He was prompt and professional and he communicated very well with me throughout the installation process of the five windows for my home. His prices are very fair and I would definitely recommend Sequoia Glass to others, actually we were so pleased with the windows that were installed that we are having them replace two more windows for us.

Was a bad experience, would never use again.

I would like to give every business a favorable review, but this one hasn't earned it. I'd characterize their service as "flaky". I requested three services: replace a leaky window, replace two torn screens, and re-hang my broken shower door. They have variously rescheduled, stood me up, or accused me of standing them up (when I was here at the appointed time) on numerous occasions. I don't mind a business rescheduling, but often, they don't bother to call. In fact, last week, they were to be here at 1 pm one day; I finally left at 1:45 to go to an appointment. No call, no apology, and they haven't even tried to call me to reschedule, despite my voice mail plea at the beginning of the week. On the plus side: the workmanship of the window and screens is just fine; the shower door, however, doesn't latch and there is a gap at the bottom. Two stars is as much enthusiasm as I can muster for Sequoia Glass, a locally owned company that I will not use in the future.
