They sent out a tile contractor for the tile back splash that didn't have the tools to cut the tiles which we purchased through Home Depot. He told us that he would come back later but never told us when. My husband was out of town, it wasn't a very fun time. The counter tops are great. It was the back splash that was the problem. It was two different installers. We have 64 square feet of counter surface. It's a really huge kitchen. It was different processes, four weeks apart. We have a subway type back splash. Our walls weren't flat before and they never told us we needed to have some amount to flatten it. They installed it over in uneven surface so you can see how there are bumps and stuff under it. I will use them again but hopefully not the same installers because they sub with that.

The flooring was cleaned before the carpet installation. Indoor-outdoor carpet was used to minimize wear from foot traffic and make it easier to clean. The crew arrived a little after 12 in the afternoon and finished around two. It was a very professional job and the carpet looks great. I thought they did a good job installing it and making sure everything was right.

I called Home Depot to come out and service my stove while it was still under warranty. I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with it. The service was all right but not the best. The man was on time, checked out the stove and went on his way. Home Depot has a good service department but sometimes it's hard to get through to them, however I will continue to use them because they have good products and are reasonably priced.

THE TRUCK FROM HOME DEPOT DELIVERED ON TIME. THEY DELIVERED ALL 4 PALLETS AND SET THEM IN OUR YARD WHERE WE WANTED THEM. WE HAD SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEY NOT BE UNLOADED ON THE STREET.
