Office services: Quick to respond. Superb customer service. Genuinely cared about helping me resolve my computer challenges. Technician: Expert in all computer technology. Came prepared with parts I might need. Kept things neat and tidy. Again, superb customer service. Have been in business for 27 years, and have dealt with many computer support services. Good Telecom is far superior and will have all my future business.

System is on order so install has not happened but based on our conversations I fully expect a professional conclusion soon. He is coordinating with another contractor working for me which is a good sign!

Good Telecom responded within minutes of my advertising for someone to connect my printer to our IMac, iPhone and iPad. I also needed help with my WiFi system to accommodate a parental control system. When I expressed the desire to have these items taken care for my and the kids use ASAP, the company did some schedule switching and fit me in the very next day! The printer is connected to all our Apple products and the parental control WiFi will work optimally!!

This is what I would call a "A Professional." We've had many less than desirable contractors in our home to perform various projects and we are seldom happy with the final results. Love having phone service again....they returned my call within minutes showed up right on time...had the job done in a short time...and cleaned up all of the old wire and jacks! I highly recommend them was a great experience..

Joel was familiar with Apple computers and set up my tower Apple. He didn't finish setting up the stereo system. Jonathan the manager called to follow up, and will come out to review what needs to be completed.

While they responded quickly to the initial work and collected their Fee. Some follow up was require for the job and they have not responded to phone calls for job completion.

Excellent in every regard

Installed survelliance camera system. Workmanship and customer service is great. Having problems with some cameras, but they are working to resolve the problems.

Good Telecom got back to me the next working day. We made an appointment at my convenience. The owner show-up with his test equipment and an antenna to try out to see what kind of reception I could get here. I was very happy with the results so that day I told them to order the parts to install the system. This antenna will pay for it self in four mouths free and clear compared to the rip off Direct dish company that I cancelled three months ago.

Very pleasant and on time. Gave a concise estimate and completed the job on time and on budget. I would definitely use him again, and would highly recommend him to my friends.

Good telecom arrived to the site early and worked late into the night as the site needed much more work than we originally thought. Even AT&T didn't accomplish their task correctly and Good Telecom was able to correct their mistakes. I highly recommend Good Telecom.

great Job when they came out to the house and finished in a timely manner, which was very important to me. However, the communication in confirming my apointment time was not as I would expect. I was unsure they were going to show for their apointment but once they did, It was a great job done.
