+ -1 moreI had come home from work Monday August 3 and found my garage door panels misaligned. It looked awful like someone had backed into it. So I called Advanced Garage Door and Ron scheduled an appt with me at 8 am Tuesday, August 4. Like clockwork he arrived right on time and took a look at the damage. He was able to assess right away that it was a broken hinge. He also explained that this was not uncommon with the type of hinges used by the company my door came from. Ron replaced not just the broken hinge but all the hinges in the misaligned panel's row with stronger more heavy duty ones. He also checked the other hinges and springs to make sure nothing else needed repairing. Now my door looks normal again and works great. Ron is very professional, courteous, and timely with his repairs. He also does not pressure or scare you into having things repaired that do not need to be repaired which I greatly appreciate.
Description of Work: Replaced broken hinges on my garage door.

+ -1 moreMy garage door would not open all the way this morning. It basically would open just enough to let a cat in the garage and then stop. So I called Advanced Garage Door. Ron arrived early and was able to see that the door just needed a tune up. He was very professional and I am going to have him tune up the garage door yearly so I don't have any more garage door issues.
