Description of Work: Responded to a pump emergency in the wake of a power outage. The owner came out and was friendly, helpful, and professional. We will be using him on an upgrade to our well pump and distribution system.

 + -1 moreIt was ok, the tech provided a lot of information, though I am not convinced it was thorough. My neighbors have wells within 30 and 100 feet of mine, and neither have the level of cloudiness we do. The Tech did not look at the cloudiness of the water, and did not make me feel confident that he understood why I called, and have a concern. It felt like he was more about getting the call over with than completing the required inspection.
Description of Work: Did a general checkup on my residential well. We have cloudy water, and I wanted to understand why.

Description of Work: Tested and checked the switch, cleaned the reset button so it works, looked at pump, set pressure siightly higher.

 + -1 moreWELL PUMP QUIT WORKING, AND THERE WAS NO WATER TO ANYTHING IN OR OUT OF HOUSE. WE NEEDED TO REPLACE PUMP THAT WAS 15-20 FEET UNDERGROUND AT WELL. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE OUT HERE WITHIN THREE HOURS, GAVE ESTIMATE AND HAD JOB COMPLETED WITHIN ANOTHER THREE HOURS.
Description of Work: WE LIVE IN THE COUNTRY, AND THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED WELL PUMP SO WE COULD HAVE WATER TO THE HOUSE.
