Veronica arrived on time. She is very experience and fast at cleaning. She is a very pleasant person to have in your house. I used her twice so far and I would use her again.

I contacted Veronica to inquire about her services and she returned my call immediately. I discussed the job over the phone with her and Veronica provided me with an estimate. She was extremely pleasant and we booked an appointment for the following week. It had been several months since I had a regular cleaning service and I was not able to maintain my home. It was extremely dirty and needed a lot of attention. Veronica verified our appointment the night before and arrived on time. She quickly assessed the situation and tackled the tough job like the professional she is. In addition to performing regular activities such as dusting and cleaning the bathrooms, Veronica cleaned my shutters, baseboards and damp mopped the hardwood floors. Veronica did an excellent job and she was also very kind to our two small dogs. We have scheduled routine cleaning with her and can't wait for my next cleaning. I would highly recommend Veronica as someone that takes pride in her work and pays attention to detail.

Where to start. She makes the bathrooms sparkle and shine. My kitchen looks brand new after she is here. Veronica not only dusts, vacuums, polishes, scrubs and picks up doggie bones, but she constantly scratches my dog behind the ears and gives her kisses. I don't know who is more excited when Veronica walks in the door.. me or my little Sammie dog. If I go to do grocery shopping while she is here, because my mobility is limited, she carriers in my groceries and helps with the bags. When she had her own health issues a few months ago, she brought her daughter with her to help. Her daughter is a wonderful mirror image of her Mom. Veronica will even vacuum my deck and dust and vacuum the deck cushions and deck floor. She has been known to help me with windows and greenhouse windows as well. At this point in my life, I can't imagine in without Veronica. I ran across a review back on August 27th and am honestly baffled. I would never expect Veronica to get on her hands and knees to scrub my hardwood floors with vinegar and water. Hello???? Or move furniture??? That most certainly does not fall under the heading of a housecleaner. She is a wonderful lady, and she does such a wonderful job for me. I recommend her highly and endorse her without reservation. Her prices are so fair for the amount of work that she does for me. If Veronica was a corporation she would be on the stock exchange with her stock soaring! I would even go so far as to say that if I had a continuing mobility issue... that I hope is resolved soon....Veronica would be the one I could count on to help me.......after my daughter.

She was a little late, but otherwise very professional. She did a great job with everything. I will definitely call her back again on an as needed basis (which may end up being monthly, we'll see how long this clean house lasts).

The communication was excellent. The two ladies showed up, as previously arranged, on time. They were very thorough, even cleaning a screen for one of the bedroom windows! They did all they were asked to do and more. Everything was immaculate. They did such a super job, I asked that they return in two weeks. I highly recommend Veronica's cleaning service.

She has been cleaning for us ever since, and she is a LIFESAVER! Every time she comes, I know our house will be calm, clean, and beautiful after her work. She is fast, efficient, and smart. She is also a lovely lovely person, and brings a wonderful sweet cheerful energy every time she walks in the door. She's also great with the baby, and always makes her smile too. We adore her, and hope to have her for a long time! You will too!

I came to Angie's List to check providers in my area, and found Veronica's Housecleaning. The high ratings were reassuring, so I called to explain about the job and talk prices. I called on Saturday, and we arranged to meet on Sunday to do the work, for which I would pay an hourly rate. Veronica was on time, professional, helpful and friendly, and worked diligently. We cleaned separately at first, then worked together on the large living room Pergo floor. In 80 minutes, we finished the entire house. I will definitely call Veronica again when the need arises; or if I just need help with a larger cleaning project!. I will also give her name and number to friends and family, and recommend they call Veronica when they need housecleaning. I can confidently recommend Veronica to Angie's List!

I called Veronica based on all of the great comments on Angie's List. Although she was not personally able to accommodate us, she sent Juanita who did a great job. That was Oct 14. We've had Juanita come clean the house every other week now for almost two months. She does a great job.

Scheduling an appointment with Veronica was very easy. She responded immediately to my message and she even corresponds via text message. On the day of the appointment, she was on time, personable, and VERY thorough. Veronica did a wonderful job cleaning our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. I especially liked that she cleaned EVERYTHING (i.e., boxes, frames, canisters, etc.), not just the surfaces. Veronica definitely goes above and beyond. When she cleaned the inside of the fridge, she added shelf liners for easier cleanup in the future! Even though we asked her to just clean the interior of the house, she managed to clean the outdoor patio tables too. I also loved that she put everything back exactly where it belonged. I will definitely be asking her to come back for regular cleaning service.

Veronica is WONDERFUL! Very friendly, very professional, and she did a great job at a reasonable price. I can't wait to have her come back next week, and at least once a month there after... but hopefully more often. I've been looking for a reasonable house cleaning service for a while, and the previous cleaning service i found on Angie's List was VERY disappointing, and I almost cancelled our subscription because of it. I'm so glad that I didn't, Veronica more than made up for the poor performance of the previous cleaning service. She does not bring her own cleaning supplies, but i actually prefer having her use my own products, and equipment. Highly recommend!

I found Veronica on Angie's List... just like I find everyone! I cannot say enough good things about Veronica. I needed help with my housecleaning because I had double knee replacements, and I'm still hobbling around. Cleaning my house is the last thing I can concentrate on right now. Today is Veronica's 3rd visit. I have asked her to come every other week and I feel so fortunate to have found her. When I called her, I got her voice mail. Veronica called me back within 1/2 hour. We chatted a while on the phone, and I felt so comfortable with her, I hired her over the phone... and am I glad I did. She was here promptly and we went through the house and she asked a lot of questions about what mattered to me, what was most important, etc. Then, she got to work. Before she left that afternoon, she asked me to walk (... er hobble) through each room to see if I was satisfied with her work. I have to say that I am very picky about my home, and I like everything to be sparkling clean... something that is not always easy with a shedding dog and cat in residence. Veronica more than exceeded my expectations. In addition to being as meticulous as I am, she is a delightful lady and I'm so happy that our paths have crossed. I enjoy her company on the days she comes. 9/20/2014 Well my knee replacements did not go so well, and I had a redo surgery on the left knee 3 months ago. I have continued to have Veronica come every other week and is a blessing and a tremendous help. I told her today that even if Iwas 100% mobile I would never give up her services. Just like every other Saturday, my home is spakling clean an shows the and quot;Veronicaand quot; touch everywhere I recommend her highly. By the way.... her name was originally misspelled in Angies List as Marina. Her last name is Molina.

This was my 1st time using Veronica - I plan on using her services from now on. She was FANTASTIC! She did a great job, everything looks so clean. Not only that, I liked her personally, she is a delightful person. I highly recommend her!

Veronica's housecleaning was a pleasure to use. Her work was thorough. She was a self-starter in terms of doing what was needed. My house hasn't looked this good in a long time! I have already booked future dates for her services based on the excellent results I saw today.

I called her and scheduled an initial cleaning. She arrived with her friend and the two of them worked quickly. I liked what they did and scheduled her to come back regularly each week.

She is doing a very nice job. She comes on time and she is very efficient. She does her work and the work is done very well. She comes and goes in a good time. She doesn't dally around. She does a very nice job. She is an independent. She charges $60 and she is here for 4 hours. The price is reasonable.

It was very successful. I was more than pleased with the service.

The lady was very polite and returned my call quickly, but she was booked full and had no room.

Overall my daughter and her husband were satisfied I do not have the details.

Veronica is very nice, professional and punctual. She showed up on time and, as a matter of fact, rescheduled one time due to my schedule. This is an empty apartment so there was no need for dusting and the like. but, Veronica did do an excellent job cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. I asked her to pay particular attention to the oven, which the tenants left in a super baked on mess. She cleaned it very well and took time to show me what she had done. I would hire her again.

We were in a bind as the lady of the house was returning from a long trip and we had let the place go to h***. And, of course we waited until the VERY last minute to call someone. Veronica was one of the few house cleaners I found on here that would pick up the phone or even call back. She was willing to come on only one day's notice. She was right on time, actually a few minutes early. She did a great job on the bathrooms, fridge, and most rooms. My only qualm is the vacuuming wasn't great, but that may be more of our crappy vacuum's fault than hers. She was finished in about 4 and a half hours (something I had been worried about since she quotes $20/hr. instead of a set price). Perhaps she could have done more -- she was perfectly willing to stay and do anything else we needed at that point, but I sent her home cause I wanted to get out of there. Overall, she is very pleasant, does whatever you ask is communicates well (a nice surprise since many indies we've hired did not have the slightest grasp of English). I'm pretty sure I'll hire her again.

I have used Veronica every 2 weeks for several months and am very satisfied.
