Description of Work: I have a three bedroom, two bath home. She arrived on time. She cleaned until the job was done. She asked me to inspect and point out anything I felt she missed. I was satisfied with her work and have organized her to come weekly. She was professional, prompt and efficient. We supply all cleaning supplies so that there will be no cross contamination between my house with dogs and the non-pet homes. Makes sense to me. | |I contacted Veronica initially due to an over the top negative review that I viewed here on Angie's list. The person who reviewed her seemed so unreasonable and the description of Veronica's response was so reasonable, I felt I just had to meet Veronica. I'm glad I did.

Description of Work: I used Vernica (and daughter, Diana) to clean an empty house in preparation for renting it. In trying to keep the cost down, I estimated it would take 4 hours ($30/hour X 4). However, I have a large (5 bedroom) house and thought it would actually take them 8 hours. This was a disservice to Veronica who thought I wanted it completed in the 4 hour period. Thus, a few things could have been more thoroughly cleaned (miniblinds, for example) but I was amazed at how much the two were able to do in 4 hours. |It is a plus that Veronica speaks English well so communicating was easy, had a GPS to find my house, and texts on a cell phone. |I definitely will use Veronica in the future.
