Pedro responded faster than all of Angie's List 5 recommended contractors and he was the furthest away (in Wilmington) from my East Hollywood location, though he only had 10 AL reviews vs. others who had dozens of more reviews. I needed this job done same day to repair sprinkler system water leakage before a major forecasted multi-day rainfall or I would have taken the time to get other price repair estimates. In this case I think that overall he seemed knowledgeable, honest and reliable, but I have owned a home for 20 years and have had multitude of home repairs and felt his repair price of $250 was high for the scope of the job (am guessing I could have had a skilled gardener do it for at least $100 less). But out of time constraints I went ahead and hired him and after he needed to go to two Home Depots for parts, he then completed the job in about 2 hours vs. his originally estimated 4-5 hours. But for that type of fee I PAID CASH not credit card and had to WRITE MY OWN RECEIPT for him to sign. If he wants to charge like a big company, he needs to give proper printed receipts with guarantee information. I would say overall he did a reasonable job, though pricewise I felt slightly taken advantage of--but I definitely recommend getting other price repair estimates from other contractors if time allows.

They didn't completely finish the job. The work they did do was of good quality though. I was very dissatisfied that they never finished the job. They left the flowerbeds unfinished and some other things. The price was good, but they weren't very responsive.
