Description of Work: Original Richard is where it's at for amazing work done quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with everything that they did with removal of the "popcorn ceilings" and refinishing the ceilings and then painting. They showed up when they said they were going to and finished on time. I'd use them again for any kind of work in a heartbeat.

Dear Member, To my recollection you had purchased a Storefront deal thru Angie's List for stucco. Unfortunately the color stucco on your home was discontinued (which is very rare) and we lost a lot of time before starting work searching for a color that best matched the existing stucco. This was no ones fault but we still completed the work and our crew was out there until late night. If there was any issues with the work we wished that you would of contact us to make the adequate touch ups.We will be checking stucco and paint colors from now on to insure they are not discontinued. We thank you for your feedback as we want to improve and grow.

Description of Work: We had them work on two of our houses. They refaced fireplaces, new mantels and hearths at both houses and they completed a garage upgrade, drywall, painting, electric at another home. We are very happy with their work and would call them again in a minute!

Description of Work: This review is just to compliment this company for being responsive and professional. I needed drywall repairs after plumbing work. I sent an email to Original Richard and another company. Original Richard's office responded within a couple of hours. Jacky answered all of my initial questions and made every effort to accommodate my schedule. Ultimately, the other company (one we have used for more than 15 years) had an opening and we went with the people we knew. However, I will keep OR's number on file.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment yesterday for an estimate and spoke with the receptionist. She said she would have Richard give me a call right back, being that we needed the work done ASAP. I still haven't heard back and we have decided to go with another company. :( Too bad because it was the positive reviews that lead us to Richard in the first place.
