Went well. Eddie is very knowledgeable and professional. I needed my whole house fans repaired and he tool care of it in a timely manner at a reasonable price. He even returned the next day to fix my timer at no additional charge. Highly recommend.

I hired Ed (ALSET ELECTRIC) to change my circuit breaker. I gave him instructions that my security company gave me for him to do before he turn off my power to the house. he said nothing will happen n he disregarded the instructions. Mind you this was a 1 day old security system and since he installed the new panel I've had nothing but malfunction sensors false alarm police invoice charges which he dosent feel he's responsible for. He stressed me out right b4 I had surgery threatening me to lien my property if I don't make a final payment even though I've given him proof he DAMAGED BRAND NEW SECURITY SYSTEM WORTH 1300 MORE THAN MY BALANCE PLUS A POLICE INVOICE PLUS STRESS BEFORE AND AFTER SURGERY. I DONT BELIEVE HE SHOULD HAVE A LICENSE NOW WE ARE GOING TO COURT. He also installed a Brand new ceiling fan with lights that supposedly was crocket so I can only use the lights not the fan after waiting 1 week for him to have installed after removing prior fan.

We’re very pleased with the services Alset provided! They were there on time and completed the job when they said they would. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

Title: A Cautionary Tale of Dishonesty and Poor Service: Avoid Eddie the Electrician - I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Eddie the electrician, and I feel compelled to warn others about his dishonest and unprofessional behavior.1. Bait-and-Switch Pricing: Eddie initially quoted me $240 to replace two ceiling fans, which seemed reasonable. However, when the job was done, he tried to charge me $400. This was not a simple misunderstanding?he knew very well what he had quoted me via text message. Only when I called him out on this discrepancy did he grudgingly agree to honor the original quote. Such dishonesty is inexcusable, and I strongly advise all potential customers to get any quote from Eddie in writing to avoid being overcharged.

Eddie was great and super quiet!! Will hire again in the future for any electrical needs.

He was very courteous and very efficient. I had no lights in my kitchen for three months. He fixed it and put in a new outlet.

Well. What can I say. The overall experience was excellent. He worked with me and my ideas for future-proofing my garage set up. Eddie was on par with other quotes. Coming in slightly cheaper than one I know who did quality work. What separates him from others was an upfront dedication to quality. He also came on a holiday weekend, as well as coming early / late to accommodate our schedules. He spent time to trouble shoot equipment I provided. I would use him again and refer to anyone that wants a high level of work.

They don't make them like Eddy anymore! Superior finish work and fast. I needed ceiling fans, exterior light sconces & an exterior outlet installed. I started off with 3 estimates; the first electrician told me what I wanted to do was going to be very expensive an easy outside my price range. The second electrician said he could do it, but it couldn't be done the way I had envisioned it. Eddy at Alset Electric, listened to what I wanted and tried his best to give me what I asked for; and he didn't disappoint. He and his assistant, Kalvin worked meticulously to bring my vision to fruition. They finished the job faster than I imagined and cleaned up to the so I didn't have to do anything after they were done. The icing on the cake; I had some paint set aside to cover the exposed material they mounted, but when he called me to examine the finished job, I noticed he open the paint and painted all of his exposed material. In addition to my home, I own a rental property, so I have worked with many different vendors; however, Eddy is definitely a different breed. It was money well spent. He is now on my speed dial for all things electric! I can guarantee once you find Alset you won't go looking anymore.

Eddie performed the job in a very professional manner! When the new fan was not working, he quickly diagnosed the issue & immediately replaced the defective part. I understand that the burden to replace the defective part was upon me but Eddie volunteered to buy the parts with his own money & time to go to the hardware store, ensuring the correct part is compatible with the ceiling fan. Eddie exemplifies the true professional & possesses a very positive attitude & an outstanding customer service & would be looking forward for him to do my next electrical work! He’s the best contractor that I’ve ever hired to do my house work!

Great job! Responded to my request almost immediately. Was in the area so came within about 4 hours. Recognized what the issue was and fixed it right away. Would HIGHLY recommend. Eddie was so pleasant and efficient!

It went great. Eddie asked several questions to make sure we were on the same page. He made a few suggestions and got to work. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms and wall switches. He arrived early and was done by early afternoon. Eddie did a great job. So I asked him to install pot lights and connect to an existing switch in my kitchen. Again he did a great job. I asked Eddie to return next month to install lighting in my patio area. Thanks Eddie.

This job went amazing. Ed came out to my house found the problem right away. And started work the next following day. Alset ram a new wire around my house got my swimming pool back up and running in the matter of hours. I was so happy with the work alset did. I asked them to come back for another project.
