"Every thing was done over the phone. They were able to get onto my computer and correct my problem. It did seem to a little long than they stated but my computer was connected to my printer after I changed internet company's. The price was reasonable and the job was completed."

He arrived at a little after 9, carefully and thoroughly evaluated the problem. He was able to safely lower the antenna, replace the coax cable that had been wrapped around the rotator and preamp and raise the antenna by himself. He explained what caused the problem and set it up so it would be less likely to occur in the future. Miguel was very professional and efficient. I would unconditionally recommend him to anyone requiring audio/video/security camera services."
