Description of Work: The service was somewhat provided--but has not been paid for and because of her lack of responsiveness likely will not be. I was given a flat rate for a "complete" job that she estimated would take her team 7 hrs. I thought the rate was pretty high, but she said, you wait and see what we do and if you don't like it, you don't pay. The work they did was done well--except for the dusting which was haphazard and incomplete. The big deal was the number of things that were completely omitted--the tile and grout at front entry and in facing of fireplace; the inside of the trash compactor. Even though I told her I had high ceilings, she wasn't prepared, borrowed the tallest ladder I had and still informed me she couldn't get to the fan grate, which also means she didn't get to 8 can lights, 4 HVAC vents and 6 speakers. She kept saying we'll get it next time. I knew that was unlikely and gave her the opportunity to come back and finish it and I would pay her--once we had a complete job. She has not responded. I feel bad, but.....

Description of Work: They do a great job. I'm in country, so lots of dust collects, they get it all. I have them come out ever 3 weeks. 2 gals come and get it knocked out in 3 to 4 hours, so it's not taking up my whole day. Always very nice, I trust them in my home and that's important. I work 40 hours a week and it's so nice to not have to spend my days off cleaning.
