 + -1 moreWe had what we thought were bats hanging around our front door. We had bought something from Lowes that was supposed to help keep birds and bats away. When Vince came out, he actually confirmed that it was birds that were the problem, not bats. He cleaned and straightened out the contraption we had purchased, and didn't even end up charging us since he only helped us with what we had. He was very nice and helpful.
