+ -1 more.We received a very prompt response to our initial call / voice mail and the next day, Jim Woolbright was at our home to assess our needs. He was extremely thorough and presented us with photos and a very acceptable estimate at that time. As promised, his crew arrived on the date and at the time he said they would and got right to work. His employees were equally as thorough, as well as personable. They completed the work in a timely fashion and the clean-up was immaculate. Subsequently, we received before, during and after photos, as well as our invoice via email. The entire experience was nothing but positive, beginning with the excellent and professional communications. Since having the roof repairs completed, we've experienced a heavy rain and wind storm with absolutely no leaks or other problems. We would recommend Woolbright's to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced numberous roof tiles and repaired damaged felt under damaged tiles; regrooved and widened valley's to improved run-off flow in roof valleys; resealed and painted vent flashings.

+ -1 moreThe service for the big deal from Woolbright’s Roofing & Construction was fine, very good. He was a few days late because there was a job or something that he had to do. There was no additional cost than the original big deal price of $149. They showed up about a week or 2 weeks after I purchased the big deal. Overall I grade him a 'B' because he was a little late. The work was excellent, it was fine, no problems. Cleanliness wise it was fine. He found the problem so he went and fixed it and he cleaned the area. The price was fair. He got the job done. He had a hard time getting here. The professionalism was excellent.

+ -1 morejob was done quickly. professional & friendly. i have 3 turbow attic fans on roof. it was suggested to cover with plastic to prevent possible leaking into house when the rainy season begins. since i cannot do this myself; jim quoted $75 to have him return & cover up fans. then another $75 to take off covers when no longer needed. jim's wife joanne sent me photos of work done & detailed billing invoice right after work completion
Description of Work: original $90 was roof deal inspection & sealant on composition shingles for 2,000 sq ft home. $275 was add'l charge to clean debris from rain diverter; repair wind blown shingles; seal stress tear on shingle

Description of Work: I had asked for a for a roof relay because I had some leaks and thought all the felt under my tiles needed replacing and after inspection I was told I did not need one. I just needed all the concrete remove around all vent pipes (26 years old) and install new flashing to keep them from leaking. I agreed. The day they started their work they found that one part of my roof was bare around 2 vent pipes. They explained that I did need the felt replaced under the tiles in that area. Since that was the area that was leaking into my garage, I agreed to the extra work. They had a second job they were supossed to go to that day, but canceled it so they could finish the same day. It took them about 6 hours to complete the job which came out looking great. I am very satisfied on how everything turn out. I feel more comfortable now if the El Niño does hit this winter, I won't have anymore problems. Thanks to Woolbright Construction for doing a great job. Bring on the rains!!
