+ -1 moreThis company is extremely efficient in their work. They really know what they are doing. They work hard and get the job done well. We ran into one problem because they let us know our drainage pipes in the back yard were broken and/or plugged. So, they had to delay installation until the pipes were fixed. By the time the pipes were fixed, we had to get back on ProLawn's schedule and installation went well, but it was then a bit too cool to do a final rolling of the putting green. They came back in warmer weather and now we have a very nice, true-rolling putting green. The turf product they use is outstanding and we were able to choose one that, in our opinion, looks very natural, much more natural than many of the artificial lawns we see in the area. While the price is high, we didn't feel it was any higher than most of the competitors. Plus, the much nicer looking lawn is worth any extra cost. We've had many people stop by our house and ask us about our lawn. We're always happy to recommend ProLawn and will continue to do so.
Description of Work: Installed artificial turf, including a putting green in the backyard. Total turf approximately 1,900 SF in the front and back yards, of which the putting green was approximately 800 SF in the back yard.

Description of Work: We replaced the backyard lawn with artificial grass. Mike, Dave, and Jay offer an outstanding customer service! I met Mike and Jay in the office to view samples of their products and they provided a thorough explanation from the prep work through the install. Dave called me the next day and was able to schedule the install within two days!!! Their installers were all friendly and outgoing and did a great job cleaning up. ProLawn offers a natural looking grass at a competitive price within the industry. This is a great company that we highly recommend!

+ -1 moreFrom the time we met Mike at a home and garden show through the completion of the project we were very pleased. We set up an appointment with Mike and he came to the house to draw up a landscape plan. Within a few days a crew of men, lead by Mark, showed up to start the installation. They prepared the site by removing existing dirt and ground cover within the specified areas. Unfortunately they encountered large roots from a tree that had been removed. Without complaint they proceeded to remove the roots which required alot of work. In addition, they moved a few sprinklers and installed emitters on specific plants. The rest of the installation went without a hitch. They cleaned up all construction debris from the site and the backyard looks great. Would certainly recommend this company!
