Description of Work: Rod performed what he calls a "toilet tune-up". Our guest toilet tank leaking water & we were unable to flush it w/out it continuously running water. Rod called me back & set the time for me, explained the problem & the repair cost. As always, he is extremely reliable and his integrity is unquestionable every single time!

Description of Work: Rod replaced electrical outlets in different areas of our home. He also cleaned and replaced backyard area wood chips after laying a thick, black plastic in order to discourage weeds. He has checked and corrected sprinkler system and set it on a timer,as well as install lights in our yard, highlighting several areas, on a timer.He has also hung mirrors and paintings in our new home. He gave me an excellent suggestion for using our fountain as a planter for flowers, that was an excellent suggestion. All this work has been done over 3 separate visits, always punctual, courteous and reasonable. He cleans up after himself beautifully!
