Our initial contacts and scheduling were done via voicemail (Nov 29). Gary, the owner, confirmed service appointment and was on time. He was friendly and courteous and respected my home. After checking out the fireplace, it worked for Gary. With no great explanation as to why it didn't work for me. He clean up, and left. Good service call.

He did an awesome job. Happy to be able to use my bbq grill again.

I moved into a rental home almost 4 years ago and tried one time to light the gas fireplace. It did light but it smelled awful (not like gas, but like there was way too much dirt and dust built up in the fireplace). Since that time I have not attempted to use it, but I really missed not being able to enjoy a fire in the winter months. I made an appointment for 3:00pm and when I arrived home at 2:40pm Gary was already parked out front waiting for me, which was great. Gary was very professional and careful to protect my carpet while he cleaned and serviced my fireplace. I asked tons of questions because I am a bit afraid of gas and the possibility of a leak (he actually found and fixed 2 leaks) and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Gary is very personable and I absolutely would recommend him. Thank you Gary for making it possible for me to use my fireplace for the first time since moving in to my home almost 4 years ago!!!!

We found Gary of Fireplace Technicians through a Google search. He was immediately responsive to our email inquiries and was able to come the next day. He showed up right on time and performed our install in the time he stated (1-2 hours) for the exact amount he quoted us in his email. He was professional, clean, and friendly. I would highly recommend Gary and his company.

Rich was very professional, very knowledgeable. He suggested several items that needed attention, no hard sell.

The company's owner performed the services. He was punctual and professional. He took the entire fireplace apart for inspection and cleaning. He did not attempt to sell any unnecessary services. Driving distance and the size of the job does not seem to be a prohibitive factor. I was extremely pleased with the service and the price.I will definitly use the company for any future needs of the gas fireplace.

Fireplace Technicians was very thorough. He taught us a lot about fireplaces and how to clean it. He gave some some knowledge on how to use a fireplace. He educate us and that was a really good experience. He didn't make a mess with the dust. He did a good job.

I purchased a fireplace insert for my 30 year old home and was referred to Gary by salesman. Gary returned my calls promptly. His estimate was accurate and affordable. He covered my wood floors to avoid damage and cleaned up after services were rendered. I prefer to use family operated local businesses and this one did not disappoint.

Frank was most professional, efficient, courteous, and performed his window cleaning service above and beyond my expectations and even repaired all of our blinds in the great room.

Gary responded promptly to my phone call, and came to my house the next day. Gary was very polite and professional. After I explained to Gary what the problem was, he looked at it and told me what he could do. Me made an appointment at my earliest convenience. Gary did a great job, and the fireplace looks brand new.

Gary was precisely on time & very personable & an expert in his trade. He covered anything that could get dirty from vacuuming, cleaning & replacing the items inside our natural gas indoor fireplace. He told us options we had for our 23 year fireplace. He only charged us his quoted bid, even though he was here way over an hour.

We bought an unfinished home and needed someone to assemble the woodburning fireplace that came with the house, and then convert it to propane. It wasn't an easy job, but Gary stuck with it until it was completed, working around the stone masons as they finished the mantle and stone placements. He then gave us advise on which type of log set to buy and recommended a store to see them in action. After we bought the logs and burners, he came back and installed the burner, set up the logs and turned on the fireplace. It was magic! He then cleaned and checked second fireplace, set up the logs, and turned this one on. Everything went smoothly. We had been to our local hardware store, talked to different people, had a couple of other fireplace experts over to the house, but no one seemed to be able convert the woodburning fireplace to propane except for Gary. We did have a couple of other bids that were in the multiple $1000s that didn't make sense to us. Gary was the only one who truly understood what work we needed. We enjoyed working with him on this project.

Overall it was a great experience to have Fireplace Technicians (Gary) service our fire pit and our grill.

He came out right away. He knew what he was doing. He was clean, neat professional and on time. He offered to get replacement parts for me if I end up needing them. He even followed up with me by e-mail and sent me an invoice by e-mail.
