+ -1 moreVaritek installed a Mini-Split a/c system in my home office. I don't remember exactly how much he charged (as it was done a year and a half ago) but it was reasonable. Xavier did a clean, professional install and came out yesterday to diagnose a problem it had. The problem turned out to be a bad breaker on my electrical panel and not anything to do with his work. He promptly replaced the breaker and I've been cool ever since. I will call Varitek for anything a/c/heat related.
