Drake's Affordable Floors were recommended by my property management company to install laminate flooring that I had purchased from Cosco. Danny Drake installed it prior to my moving back into my condo and he did a fantastic job. It's true, you could hire a basic contractor or try to install laminate on your own to save money, but for my dollars hiring Drake's to do the install was well worth the money. I know that I wouldn't have been able to get it installed so perfectly. Danny also had to come back to install T-moulding after the initial install. We arranged an 8am job and he was knocking on the door right at 8. He was also very courteous and professional. Great job. Couldn't give a higher recommendation. Hire 'em.

We were happy from the first meeting. Danny Drake met us at the door of his business, let us take our time looking at carpet, but nearby to answer questions. The same thing occurred while we picked out the flooring for the kitchen and bathroom. Excellent selections in both areas. He didn't pressure us to buy quickly or try to sell us something that we didn't want. He came to the house in less than 30 minutes to give us an estimate, and was able to start the work in a couple of days. As he was tearing up the flooring in one of the bathroom, found we had a leaky toilet that had damaged the floor. He gave a very reasonable estimate to repair, and actually found out he didn't have to do as much as he had originally thought, and reduced the price. His workers that did the carpet were very efficient and friendly, offering to help with putting even little object back in place. Everything was very neat, and left their work area clean. We are very pleased with how everything looks, and would highly recommend them.
