+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY WHEN CONTACTED WAS VERY PLEASANT WHEN I SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THE APPRAISER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN HE DID the INSPECTION. I WAS ABLE TO ASK HIM QUESTIONS, AND he TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER THEM TO THE BEST OF HIS ABILITY.
Description of Work: APPRAISAL INSPECTION OF MY HOME FOR MY REFINANCE. THEY TOOK INDOOR/OUTDOOR MEASUREMENTS, AND PHOTOS. THEIR FEES WERE A LITTLE LESS THAN Two OTHER COMPANIES.

+ -1 moreTHE INSPECTOR WAS COURTEOUS, AND RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME. HE PRESENTED ME WITH HIS CARD WHEN HE ARRIVED, AND PROCEEDED TO INSPECT MY PROPERTY. HE TOOK APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTE. HE THANKED ME AS HE LEFT.
Description of Work: APPRAISAL ON MY HOME FOR MY REFINANCE. THE INSPECTOR MEASURED, INSPECTED, AND PHOTOGRAPHED MY PROPERTY. HE SPEEDILY WROTE HIS REPORT, AND SUBMITTED IT TO MY LENDER.
