ceramic tile, replacement windows
+ 0 moreDennis and his workers were never on time, original contract stated job would take 10 to 15 days. Actually it took 25 days. Dennis or his workers would call or tell us they would return the following day, but would either not show up or come over for an hour or two. The tile job was not the best.
Description of Work: After seeing their advertisement and needing work done on a small rental cottage at the rear of our home, we contacted Dennis and agreed to have him remove large window and replace with a smaller window to accommodate a new shower, tile and add new shower head and faucet repair ceiling of linen and cloths closet, repair exterior wood siding at the rear of the house and add new eaves and gutter. They painted it to match the rest of the house.

Description of Work: REPAIRED DAMAGED CEILING IN BATHROOM; INSTALLED A LARGE PORTION OF CEILING AND PLASTERING; REPAIRED ROOF OVER BATHROOM AREA.
