+ 2 moreExcellent. The person helping us explained what needed to be done, possible changes in the appearance of the carpet and gave us a very reasonable price. The rug was pretty dirty so in the end he washed it twice before repairing the sides and putting on new fringe. He still charged us the original price in spite of the extra washing that was needed. The rug looks great and the workmanship is high quality and there were no surprises with the result. Definitely recommend Rugzy.
