Rose Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary

Rose Hills Memorial Park and Mortuary were good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were excellent. Everybody was helpful and nice. They have about three or four places on site where you can have your memorial and for an extra hundred dollars, you can have the memorial at a site up on a hill with a huge big window overlooking birds and trees. There is no comparison between that one and the other ones. I am glad that I used this. It is well worth the extra hundred dollars.

They are a very caring place. They are really suited to everybody's needs. The only hard thing is the size of it because they have a large facility, and it is difficult to navigate the place. I would recommend them.

They were super nice, and not pushy. They were sensitive, and it was just a great experience. We were really pleased.

They own half of the land in Whitier, and they bought up a whole bunch of hills that haven't been developed yet. It was expensive and I expected that, I knew it was going to cost a lot. But, for the amount of money they charge and the reputation they have, they need to do better. I just wasn't happy with the way the service turned out. I just didn't like their service. They changed representatives on me, the people we made arrangements with and the lady that we worked with after he died were two different people. Then when we went in to do an identification, they do a video thing unless you specifically ask to see the body. But, there were some things about it that were pleasant, that we felt were taken care of.

WE WERE TREATED WITH GREAT RESPECT AND SHOWN ALL OF OUR OPTIONS. THE PEOPLE WERE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING. IT ENDED UP TO BE A VERY NICE SERVICE.

EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED WITH GREAT PROFESSIONALISM. USED THEIR NEW RECEPTION AREA FOR A MEAL AFTER THE SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL. IN ADDITION THE PARK IS KEPT immaculate.

THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR WAS VERY SYMPATHETIC TO OUR SITUATION. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS AND WALKED US THROUGH ALL THE PAPERWORK AND WHAT WE COULD EXPECT.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY MEMORABLE. THEY HAD LIKE COMPLEMENTARY ROSES, FRIENDLY SERVICE, AND A NICE ATMOSPHERE FOR THE MEMORIAL SERVICES THAT WERE HELD HERE.
