They job was a little complex due to the incorrect manner in which the previous valve was installed and the length of pipe that extended from the wall. The tech, Shawn wasnt sure if he would be able to replace it without opening the wall to attach a new pipe. Fortunately all went well with the repair and the worse case scenario was avoided. Shawn did an excellent job from the moment he arrived until he left. He was very respectful and upfront on what needed to happen on the repair and provided a price prior to beginning work. Additionally his priority was to make the repair in the cleanest manner and to make it easy for me to access the valve without pulling out the refrigerator.

The plumber (owner's son) was very nice to work with, did a great job, got the job done in good time and absolutely no complaints. Will definitely use them for any future work. We paid more than big box prices and got a MUCH better water heater.

Very professional. Josh was on time and very knowledgable. Turns out we needed a second guy to show up and snake from the vent on the roof because my older home didnt have a cleanout on thatvside of the house. One of the owners showed up in less than 15 minutes and took care of the problem. Seemed a little pricey at $350 but they were very quick, efficient, and professional.

My toilet was backed up. It was a little pricey for 20 minutes of work. He did let me know there was a clay pipe that had an opening. Everything is working fine now. He was knowledgeable.

The call was prompt. The technician was professional and courteous. I had replaced a wax ring for my toilet that had been leaking for some time. I later noticed what appeared to be a drying water stain on the outside wall. He looked to determine whether my main meter continued to run when all the water was turned off. Since it did not, we determined that it most likely was due to the leak before I replaced the wax ring, and that I would continue to monitor the area. When we remodel our two bathrooms, I definitely plan to call this company.

Outstanding!! I was visiting my 90 yr old Father, when I noticed a puddle of water in the garage. After some checking, we noticed water coming from under the house/slab. I called RK Knight Plumbing because they were highly rated on Angie's List & had great reviews. To my surprise, they said they would have someone there in an hour! They told my father upfront what it would cost for a leak detection inspection. The plumber arrived & did a through inspection with high tech equipment. Unfortunately the leak was under the kitchen cabinets & the slab would have to be jack hammered. I told Ronnie, the plumber, that I was visiting from Phoenix & wanted to see if I could arrange things for my Dad. He told me he would work up an estimate & recommended another company(RIH) to remove & reinstall the cabinets. As he was writing up the bill, we were talking & it turned out he was the owner of RK Knight Plumbing! He told me he would call RIH about the cabinets that day & would work up a bid for the plumbing work. I got a call from RIH later that day & Ronnie's bid the next. I can't recommend RK Knight highly enough! A true family owned business.

Excellent. This is a custom walk in tub that requires custom parts from an uncooperative manufacturer. RK Knight has been able to still make repairs and has provided other excellent work over the past few months. I unequivocally recommend them.

Shower out of order, prompt service, and problem solved at a more than reasonable price. Cleared out drain as part of service as well.

Called RK Knight to ask for a plumber to come out to fix a leak we had near our water heater, they gave us an approximate time for the plumber to arrive. A very short time later they called back to say they had a plumber about 10 minutes away. That was fantastic! Randy Knight showed up and quickly replaced the pipe, saw a place that needed sodering and took care of that, he also noticed we were missing a piece of pipe for venting the water heater, he looked around since we told him our son installed the water heater and he found the part and attached it where it was supposed to be. He was very friendly, quick, efficient, and we will only be calling RK Knight Plumbing from now on for any of our plumbing needs.

When we bought a new vanity for our bathroom, we called two general contractors we were referred to and our plumber, RK Knight, for estimates. Ronnie came out the day we called and gave us an estimate of $503, which included replacing the trap. We waited a week, but the two contractors never got back to us. So we set up the installation with RK Knight. Ronnie's arrival window was 9-11am. He arrived shortly after 9am. He and my husband moved the old vanity to the front yard and then moved the new one all the way from our detached garage to the bathroom. There was a problem with a shelf inside the vanity being in the way of the trap. He presented us with two solutions, either cutting out a piece of the shelf or cutting open the wall. We opted to cut a piece out of the shelf. It took him approximately two hours to complete the installation. We are pleased with how it turned out.

The knob in our clawfoot tub that changes the water from the faucet to the shower was shooting water out the side of it. I called RK Monday evening and made an appointment for Tuesday between 10am and 12pm. Around 9am Tuesday, RK called and asked if it was okay if they came early. I said yes. At first, the plumber was a little concerned about damaging the knob since it is old. After my husband told him how his father had fixed it a number of years ago, he easily repaired it so it's good as new. We also had him check out our toilet since it had started to sound a little different while filling up. He suggested a little piece of rust may have gotten loose and was trapped in the intake, but otherwise he found everything was working well. There was no need to repair it.

These guys are very professional which is hard to find in this industry. They are very responsive which is also hard to find. Unfortunately they were significantly higher priced than several other plumbers and we decided to go a different direction.

I had a leakage under the sink. The company took my order at 10 AM and the plumber arrived in 2.5 hours, right on time. The whole repair took about an hour to complete the job. Very professional and clean. Definitely will use their service again, saved their contact information.

Our bathtub and toilet almost completely stopped draining. First thing in the morning, at 8am, we called R.K. Knight Plumbing and asked if they could come out that same day. He said he didn't see why not, but that his computer was not up and running yet, so he'd call back in a few minutes with an appointment time for us. A few minutes later, we received the call and were told a plumber would be there between 2:30 and 4:30 PM. Around 4 PM, the plumber arrived; one we hadn't yet met. He asked if I knew where the line was and I pointed to our flower bed. He found it right away and got to work. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes later, he knocked on the door to say he'd cleared it. He asked if I wanted to flush the toilet or if I wanted him to come in and do it. I went ahead and flushed it and everything worked correctly. He said he couldn't see what caused the clog; I appreciated his honesty. I then asked him a question about rattling pipes and he gave me his professional opinion. I then paid and he left. He never came into my house, so I didn't have to worry about his dirty shoes.

My husband and I could not have been more please with R.K. Knight and their service. Their workmen are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The work was done in a careful, timely and thorough manner. We are certain we will be using them for our other plumbing needs.

RK Knight's plumber was able to diagnose the issue and worked very hard and was able to clear the clog at last. It took extra efforts on their end before giving up like the other two. So kudos for saving our day!!!

They worked with our renter to set the appointment and perform the work. The appointment was kept, and work performed was per the quote.
