Working with RK Knight was a great experience! It can be a little intimidating being a first time home owner and not knowing who to go with for all the fixings you need. I knew a few of my parent’s friends had used R.K. Knight in the past and they all said they did really good work. They also had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try and let me say, they did not disappoint!!! I was pleased with the whole process. Delia, who answered my call, was very helpful and the service continued to the very last time Randy (the technician) came out to do the finishing touches. Delia kept me informed every step of the way and scheduled the work around my schedule. She would call every time to let me know the guys were on their way. The technicians were very friendly and fed me all the information I needed to make me feel more comfortable. Randy and his dad Ronnie held my hand every step of the way. They listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and gave me options for all of the work. They installed a beautiful new vanity , sink , faucet, toilet, bathtub and shower valve. One of my concerns with having all of this work done was the foot traffic over my new dark hard wood floors, but they assured me they would be just fine. They laid down a ton of runners and cloths to protect everything and even wore cute red booties over their work boots. At the end of all this, I have a brand new beautiful bathroom. I couldn’t be more pleased with this family owned business and the professionalism, care, and quality of work they gave this first time home owner. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you again R.K. Knight team.

Never followed up so decided to go elsewhere. Too bad as I had a couple other items I need addressed but will take my business elsewhere.

I am out of state and trusted RK to complete some work for my mother, which I was paying for. First off, we did not receive an accurate quote so only half the required work was completed. This left my mother with a shower I had paid $900 to get fixed and was still unuseable. When we were told the other work was not included, we were shocked. The technician doing the work didn't even bother to remove the tape covering the drain (see pictures) to inspect the work. As you can see in the pictures, they left the area a mess. My mother was told by the representative doing the work that he would talk to his boss/owner and get back to us and what they could do, but they never bothered to contact her to discuss. When I spoke to the lady at the office (Dahla) she was quite rude and said we should have called the office ourselves and finally admitted it was her fault she left the other quote off. She had no intention of working anything out and treated me like it was our own fault.

Second time we've used them this year, both times went extremely well. Punctual, clean, friendly & professional. We will use them again.

Their price was $100 less than the other company that I called. The technician arrived on time, covered his shoes to protect my carpet, was very informative and respectful. The work was completed in a timely manner and the workspace left clean. Very pleased.

It was great. R.K. Knight was out within one day and fixed the problem promptly. It's been a few weeks now since the service and everything is great! They quoted me a price ahead of time which was reasonable and did not go over. Ronnie kept in touch with me to let me know how the repair was going and when it was complete. He sent his crew in a few hours later after the seal was set to turn the water back on, all before I got home from work. Very trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend them!

Great! Only company I could get to come out the day after Christmas. They also had an awesome coupon available on Angie's list.

RK Knight Plumbing & Rooter advised me that the leak was a tub seal issue not plumbing. A honest plumbing server is hard to find. Great service. Will use them again.

We noticed a backup into our bathtubs so I called a plumber (not RK Knight) to come out for service. They were unable to fix the issue though recommended installation of a two-way cleanout and hydro-jetting. I contacted multiple plumbers for estimates on service. RK Knight quoted a reasonable rate and assured me that hydro-jetting would not be required. They came out the next day, installed the new two-way, and the clog came loose without jetting. They were efficient, worked around our schedules, and inspired confidence in their work. They cleaned up after themselves and even offered assistance in little plumbing items around the house (wife's slow sink drain, questions regarding bathroom layout, recommendations for tankless water heater, questions of shower heads, measurement and estimate on main relining, etc). I would not hesitate to call RK Knight again.

On Monday we called R.K. and made an appointment for that afternoon. They called to let us know he was going to be early, which he was. He looked at the water heater and told us we needed a new one. He gave us the price of purchasing it through them and having them install it. He also told us where we could purchase one that R.K. could install. We opted for the second option because it'd save us over $400. Friday the water heater went out. We called R.K. and made the appointment to install it the next day. Again, we received a phone call telling us the plumber would be arriving early and he did. He efficiently installed it and hauled off our old one.

Shawn talked to the customer service at Whirlpool for me and got all the parts I needed. I thought everything went smoothly, he is a nice guy and would use the company again for any future plumbling problems. Scheduling was easy and was never late.

They came on time, did a good job, the plumber (Shawn) was very nice and I would definitely use them again.

I talked to Ronnie, explained the problem and he promised an arrival within 2 hours. Lou got there in 90 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed all within an hour. All of their prices are documented and organized. Lou showed me the easy to follow pricing guide. RK Knight is now my go to plumbing company. I would hire them again in a second and plan to for my next job coming up. It costs a little bit more, but I believe you get what you pay for.

They were punctual and attentive. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Contacted RK Knight Plumbing on a Saturday morning and spoke with Delia. Delia coordinated an appointment to assess a plumbing issue with Sean that afternoon. Sean arrived on time and gave estimate on proposed work. Although proposed work was more extensive that previous estimates, Sean's proposal appeared appropriate and more proactive than previous "band-aid" proposals. RK unfortunately was unable to perform the job that day, but Delia promised a telephone follow-up Monday morning to discuss possible openings in the schedule during the next week. Follow-up call came as promised and fortunately was able to be scheduled for next day. Technicians, both Sean and Ronnie, arrived on time and the drain pipe repair went without a hitch. Also, a tub and shower drain were snaked, pro-bono. Although RK's proposal was not the cheapest estimate I received, I feel the work was appropriate. The two previous plumbers I contacted promised telephone calls and scheduled appointments, but failed to follow through, resulting in a unresolved plumbing issue for a couple of weeks. Delia's follow through, on the other hand, was very good. And the technicians (Sean and Ronnie) were pleasant, answered my questions appropriately, and got the job done. A busted drain pipe under the house isn't the end of the world, but it can be a great inconvenience to the daily flow within the home. Thanks RK for your excellent follow through, and quick/efficient service.

Called RK Knight and work was scheduled for the next day. Half hour later I received a phone call and was informed that a technician would be available right after his lunch break that same day. When he came he was informed of the problem, He told me what the options for correcting the problem were. He proceeded to do the work and in my opinion he went above and beyond what he was required to do to solve the problem. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely use their services again.

Made a call and Randy came out the same day! Very awesome service. Cleared drain and made sure water ran without problems!

He was completely professional and told me it would solve our problem indefinitely. I was just thankful it was done. He also took a look at our washing machine line that had been backing up and helped clear the line for a temporary fix for now. I love calling and having Ronnie answer the phone and feeling like we are an important part of their day. Thanks RK Knight.
