RENTERIA FLOORING

They were fantastic. They came over and gave a price that was better than two other estimates I got. I was very concerned with the slopes and squeakiness of my 97 year old house. When they showed up, the owner went to the basement and reinforced the floor. In the kitchen, he screwed into the existing floor the joists he had down there. That eliminated the squeak. Once the floor was installed, any sign of squeakiness was gone. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Jesus and his employees did a great job. I had some bad water damage to my cork flooring and needed to get it replaced. Jesus came and gave me a fair estimate, let me order the new flooring myself (so I could save a little money) and once it arrived had his guys there to do the job in a few days. They arrived on time 8:30am and were done by 1:30. His brother who works for him supervised the job and pointed out a few items that needed to be addressed once the old floor came up and before the new floor went down. They were small things, but he took the time to notice them, point them out to me and repair them without changing the price. This was the first time I had work done without Jesus there on the job, but felt like I was in good hands just the same with his brother. The original floor was installed by them over 6 years ago, they came back and sanded and polyed them about 3 years ago and layed carpet in another room for me. This is the 3rd time I've used Jesus Renreria Flooring and I would use them again without hesitation.

Renteria Flooring did a very good job with the flooring installation. They came on time, called ahead and were professional all around. They also did a good job cleaning up afterward. I can't remember exactly the price we paid for it.

My floors are lovely. I had them done in a diamond pattern with a vintage look of linoleum from Linoleum City, and Renteria is the contractor that they recommended. He did a beautiful job, and I would use him again. However, when I called him the next time he had a full schedule, so I would recommend booking early.
