About us

I come from a background of over 10 years in the heavy civil infrastructure inspection industry, I am a certified InterNACHI Professional Inspector, a USC grad, and have no affiliation with a Real Estate company or any general contractors so you can be assured that I am impartial party that stands to gain except for giving you peace of mind. I use a DJI drone with a 4k camera to inspect roofs and chimneys to ensure that concrete and clay tile roofs are not damaged during the course of an inspection.

I perform a visual, non-invasive inspection of all systems of your home and provide you with a report and pictures. Inspections should be performed: after purchasing a new home, before purchasing a home, before putting your house on the market, after a +6.0 earthquake, before the stormy season starts, after a big storm, before purchasing home insurance, and annual inspections. I also perform inspection on condos and apartments

Nico was very professional and thorough with the home inspection. I found him extremely knowledgeable and pointed out all the areas that we needed to attend to. He had all the high tech tools needed. I would definitely recommend him for any home inspection needs. Also, he was extremely reasonable in his fee.
