I would definitely hire this company again. The plumber came right away after I called. He arrived at the appointed time. The work that I wanted done was completed quickly.. He was very polite. He cleaned up the work area very well afterwards. The charge was reasonable. The company even has a coupon offer on their website!

I spoke with Roger and described the job to him. He said it was something that his company would do. I spoke to various other plumbing companies and most do not want to touch this job. Carlos showed up as scheduled and disconnected the solar panel. He came out today as scheduled and reconnected it. Roger was great and sent Carlos and his partner to perform the job. Carlos was very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone and I would use them again. I told him I found him through Angies list. I asked for a Senior discount, but I didn't get it. I still saved a lot of money as another company was quoting me almost a thousand dollars for the same job!

He was on time, he was nice. He unclogged the drain but dumped the garbage from the drain on our front lawn outside of the office. That was disgusting. He gave us a price, we mentioned the coupon, and THEN he said "oh, i already gave you the coupon" so we were not amused. Proper protocol would be to mention the coupon in the beginning so we were informed.

I had a great experience with One Way! Plumber showed up within the allotted time and was very thorough. His quote was fair and even though he came out to give a quote only, he had time to do the work on the spot. Very happy with the experience and would be happy to use them again in the future.

DAVID WAS VERY PERSISTENT IN TRYING TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM AND WAS ALWAYS RECEPTIVE TO OUR CONCERNS AND ANY SUGGESTIONS. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND CONGENIAL. DAVID RETURNED TO FIX THE LEAK ON 4 DIFFERENT DAYS/OCCASIONS AND WE WERE NOT CHARGED A PENNY MORE FOR THE WORK DONE FORM THE FIRST CHARGE ON THE FIRST DAY. Excellent all around! Good telephone response when setting up appointment. Technician (Ray) arrived as scheduled and was totally committed to figuring out the problem and the best way to solve it. Ray communicated the issues as he discovered them and what he was doing (and why) as he resolved the issue.

If you want someone who is fast, on-time and is the example of honesty; DO NOT PASS them up. I have never, ever experienceda vendor like One Way. Well done again guys... Very thankful.

David was very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did we receive the senior citizen discount, but David did several drains, including the hydro jet thru the main sewer as a courtesy which would have cost much more. We are so pleased w/ the work and professionalism that we would use this provider again and would highly recommend their services to others.

Contacted Roger at approximately 8A who was friendly and knowledgeble and advised that he would have a plubmer onsite between 830A and 11A. I explained to him the issue and provided me with a pretty fair price which was reaffiremed by the level of quality of service that was provided. Jess (technician) arrived at 945A and I found him to be knowledgeable about the issue and proceeded to provide an accurate assessement as well provided additional suggestions to prevent future issues. OWRP was professional and prompt, when all was said and done I felt the value of services quoted provided matched the cost. I will be considering them for more signicant projects in the future. They were pleasant on the phone. They were booked at the time I needed service. They were friendly and understanding on the phone.

Technician had no problems at all. Removing faucet was not an easy task because of hard water deposits and accumalation. He needed to use sawdrill to remove, but accomplished it w/ expertise and ease. Technician needed to go out and buy more fittings 2 separate times because new faucet and garbage disposal's did not fit our pipes. As far as cost; we received a senior discount as well as Angie's 5% coupon discount that we printed from the company's website

After 5 disgusting backups in our back bathroom, we had had enough. It was always between $150 to $300 to clean out both of our tiny 4" clean out lines. My wife and I had had enough. We decided to just get the Lateral repaired/replaced. I use Angie's list for everything. Before I do any type of project or service, I check here. Anyway, I searched local coupons and had a company come out and do the last cleanout and quote a repair. They wanted $6200 to dig up the front yard, replace the damaged pipe and install a new 6" clean out in the front yard. At first, my wife and I were all in. We had a good idea that this was how much it was going to be. We got several more quotes, and that is when we found One Way. Fast, courteous and a very fair price. Left the yard 99% how they started. No more backups and I have improved the value of my home. Maybe not $5000.00 worth, but enough to know that if my wife and I had to sell, this would be a very, very helpful deciding factor, considering all the homes in our neighborhood are the same age (1950-1960). I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My first impression was the operator that took my call, who was very friendly. She scheduled a technician to come the same day, which was a relief. In a household with three little girls, having only one functional bathroom sink is a death sentence! The technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. He discussed the price with me upfront, and completed the work with no hassles. Cleaned up after himself and was gone before we knew it. But not before thanking us for using his company.....from start to finish I found every employee to have been very courteous and respectful. The job was done quickly and at a fair price And there was a 5% off coupon for Angies List members as a bonus! I would definitely use them again!

I called for an estimate because the toilets and showers were backing up and not draining. A representative arrived (it was a Saturday afternoon) and told me my drain line could not be cleaned out because I needed to have a bigger cleanout. Approximate cost to punch a hole in the foundation and install a bigger cleanout: $2,000. I asked how much to just clean the drain line from a bathroom toward the street. No price could be quoted and the $2000 mentioned earlier was withdrawn. I would have to wait until Monday when the boss was in, as he was the only one who could quote a price. His boss was to call me back on Monday to discuss it. The man did not seem happy to be there, and wasn't pleasant in manner. He wasn't rude, just not pleasant. I was unimpressed. I never heard from his boss. Nor did I call them back. A friend recommended a plumber who came that day and cleaned out the line from the toilet to the street for $180.

Before we called, I noticed that our kitchen sink was leaking. I shut off the cold/hot water shut off valves to trouble shoot the issue, however the hot water valve would not shut off. I went on to Angie's list and searched the plumber's in my area. I called one of the companies that had a high review rating to fix the issue but only got a voice mail. I left a message, went to do some yard work and came back to find that the company had called back but did not leave a message. I then called again but got the same voice mail message. I went back to Angie's list to search again and found One Way Rooter and Plumbing. I gave them a call around 11:30am (Saturday) and immediately got a live person on the phone. I gave them my contact info and the issue I was having. They said that there would be someone there before 2pm. About an hour later, Ray showed up. He was very professional and courteous. He listened attentively to my issue and quoted me a fair estimate. After agreeing to the estimate, he immediately went to work in replacing the valves. I could of done this work myself, but I wanted to leave it to the professionals as I have very limited handyman skills. Overall, Ray did an outstanding job on a simple work order. One Way Rooter & Plumbing has just made a life long customer. Thanks.

Service provider on phone was friendly, accommadating, and able to provide an appointment promptly. Provider came to the house in a timely fashion, was professional, detailed, explained the issues, and fixed what needed to be fixed.

I called before office hours and got an operator who took my information and I got a call back in about 10 minutes. Plumber (Ray) arrived on time and gave an estimate of the work. Ray did an excellent job fixing my leaking pipe and installing the water heater. He was polite, did good work and cleaned up after. I think the cost to install the water heater might have been a little higher than the chain store was offering, but I think I got what I paid for and am pleased overall. I would recommend One Way

We used One Way to completely re-pipe my parent's home. It's been awhile and I don't remember exactly what we spent but it was in that ballpark. This was a re-pipe from the water meter near the street, to the house with a kitchen, 1 bathroom with separate shower and tub and a service porch with 3/4 inch copper pipe. The lawn was dug up so that line could be replaced and the walls were broken into to. One Way did a wonderful job. They were fast, prepared, very responsive to my 90 year old mother's requests and questions and cleaned up after themselves. They were careful when digging in the yard so they could replace the grass over the line and it would grow back easily. They carefully patched all the holes in the walls - including the ones under the sink areas where you couldn't really see - so it was ready to paint. They also installed a new clean-out for the sewer line in a more convenient spot and discovered that the water pressure was too high and installed a regulator to get it down to acceptable levels. I've also used them for an emergency water heater replacement (on my wedding day in 2009) - that job was about $1400 and we got to the church on time - all clean and showered! We've had several drain cleanings that ran around $150 - $250 depending on how far down the line the clog was. My water heater flame went out once when they were cleaning drains but they were back early the next morning right after I called - no extra charge.They use their own well-trained and polite employees. A manager/supervisor was assigned to the re-piping from making the estimate to the job completion and was on-site checking on progress regularly. He followed up several days later to make sure we were still happy

Roger has several members on his crew and each has his own specialty area. They coordinate the work within in the team so that it goes smoothly and they aren't in each others' way. This way they are able to complete this large job in only one day without any loss of high quality work. I assume that this is also why they can accommodate requests for work quickly without long waits for them to schedule work for you. They leave the house clean, inside and outside. The trenched area is left in good shape. They will come back later to complete the hardware installation, as I am having re-glazing done in the kitchen and the bathroom and the hardware would be in the way. This is included in the original cost. Working with this company has been a good experience and I don't hesitate to recommend them.
