They were prompt, courteous and did a good job... but in my opinion, it was very expensive for the brief amount of time it took and the minimal parts involved. In all fairness, this is without having comparison shopped, so it could be the going rate. I'd have given them more stars if not for the high price.

they came out came accross a miner problem. needed a replacement part which they had to order. got the part and returned and finished job as I was leaving within the next few days. everything works great.

We had M & M Glass company replace the cranks and clean our casement windows. We had seven casement windows and one worked. Now, they all work with ease...... The gentlemen arrived on time and worked very hard to complete the project. We were very happy with this job.

We broke a window accidentally, inquired online about M&M services, they called the next day, set came out and replaced the window. My wife had the checkbook but they did the work anyway and trusted us to send in the check - amazing in today's world. Very impressive!!
