The new grout looks great, we are surprised what a difference it made in our 40 year bathroom. Bob seemed meticulous in his work and approach,and was careful to keep the area clean and sealed off from the rest of our house.

I was so lucky to find Bob on Craigslist. I couldnt be happier with his service. I wanted to freshen up my grout for selling my house and Bob saved me a lot of money by making my tiles look clean and brand new. Now that my house is on the market for sale everyone comments on how clean the house looks. I am so grateful for Bobs professionalism and quality of work.

Bob Rugh did some grout cleaning and re-caulking for an old 1940's bathroom that needed refreshing. He did a great job. The tile looks so bright a cheery again. We are very pleased and will definitely use him in the future.

Bob was great! He removed the previous 2000 white grout (done by another company) that had replaced the 1989 tan-turning-brown grout. He applied sparkling white grout to all my countertops. He first came out to give us an estimate, and we scheduled a time and day for the job. He was on time for both appointments. He took special care to protect the "wooden" countertop borders, sink, and floor. The job he did was fantastic. There are no flaws and my countertops look great. He left us with a can of sealer to use after a few days, as well as instructions to use it. Bob was quite personable and professional; he was very knowledgable about tile and grouting, and gave us the reasons for and against types of borders, why caulking--not grout--should be used around the sink, etc.

Very pleased with the job. Glad to have floors back to normal.

We have tiles at the entry, the kitchen, and the bathroom downstairs. It took him about an hour and a half to finish the job. He brought everything he needed and didn?t waste any time in doing it. He cleaned up after himself too. He was a friendly and genial person who explained what he was doing. He also told me what I needed to do to keep the floor clean.

Contacted Bob the week before the work was done. Even though he was on vacation with his kids, he called me back the same day and followed up with me later in the week. The day after his vacation ended he came to our home (30 miles from his office), surveyed the work we needed and gave us a bid that same day. The price was good and he was able to schedule the work that same week. He did the work over 2 days, was on time, was courteous, professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Robert arrived on time for both the estimate and the job. It took him about 4 hours to complete the job and the tile and grout look like new.

The shower looks almost new again. Bob was thorough and provided good suggestions for replacement grout/calk. Bob moved at a good pace to ensure a good job - (not too slow, or too fast)

Robert came on a Saturday to give me an estimate on what it might cost to do the repairing. He couldn't tell what the problem was until the tiles were lifted. The following Tuesday, he came out and began the work. Before he came back to do the grouting, I noticed additional tiles were lifting. He came out the next Tuesday and made the repairs. He called before he came each time to let me know his approximate arrival time since he was coming from Corona. He was right on time each day he came to do the repairing. He is a very pleasant person and so easy to work with. I'd definitely hire him, again!

Robert was meticulous in his preparation, work and cleanup. We had three tiles left over from the house construction 12 years ago, and he used them. He salvaged the other tiles he needed by carefully removing them from the floor without breakage and physically abrading off the old thin-set and grout that adhered to them. I still have three good spare tiles; they would just need to be cleaned up to be useable again. He was punctual, courteous and professional. His match of the new grout color to the old grout is spot on. I would re-hire him in a heartbeat for any tile or sealing work. Highly recommended.

Robert returned my initial call immediately and set up an appointment for an estimate. Was right on time. Gave us a complete quote on everything to be done and was able to schedule us in pretty quickly. Showed up right on time each day, was extremely clean and courteous and when he was done for the day there was no sign he had been there. All work was completed exactly in the time he estimated and he was very willing to make any little adjustments as requested. This was the best experience and one of the most wonderful people to work with!
