Description of Work: Remove popcorn in the Ceiling and put molding. Everything was messy, it took more days to finish, Business owner was not honest (kind off) with the price. The scope of service was not clear & was confusing. He did only a portion when in fact when he explained at the prelim visit and gave estimate, the whole ceiling has to be worked on not only a portion. It is disgusting & I think I overpaid G & H Painting (Garry Holguin. It took more days that what was expected & we were breathing all the toxic dust for several days. It was such a bad experience. I hope you will not get them anymore. They are messy, slow in doing the work,& try to make more money by not completing the whole thing & leaving some portion unfinished to make more money. Bad service, bad experience. I told him fix the cracks, put molding here, & I told him that I will pay him more as long as he will fix everything. He said "yes". As if he was hiding something. He should at least tell me what was the problem or tell me "if I fix this you have to pay me more. He should have presented it to me rather than just leaving things unfinished & kept guiet about it. I give him a failing grade.

Description of Work: two painters were sent to paint new constructed bathroom, hallway and master bedroom. They arrived on time. One painter was great. The other awful. Paint was dripped on doors, paint got on my carpeting and window frames. There were missed spots on the walls and trim. When I sent an email to complain, the owner shrugged it off with "everyone has a bad day" and "what do you expect for $199.00?" only I paid twice that and I expected a professional job. He refused to come and inspect the job and practically said that I was lying. I have kept the emails.I was and still am furious. I paid another painter to come in and re-do the botched job.

Description of Work: Kept commenting that Angie's List takes all of their profits. Didn't want to drive from Whittier to San Clemente. Although these are not my issues, he kept complaining about they should have never been sold in south county. Once he arrived, his work was very good.

Description of Work: Excellent work. Gary and his worker did a fantastic job painting my granddaughters bedroom. Great job on the crown molding and baseboards as well. I will definitely hire them again!!
