DOCKSTADER'S SERVICE

We got estimates from Dockstaders when our furnace was unsafe to use. We were also interested in replacing the entire HVAC system due to the system being about 20 years old and didn't work as well as we liked it to. The rep who came was very friendly, he spent a good amount of time talking to us about what our needs were. He suggested a system and gave us an estimate for it. The price seemed pretty high, or at least higher than expected. We wanted to get more details about what kind of system it was, in terms of specifications, so we were in contact on the phone a few days after the estimate. We let him know that the price was bit higher than what we expected, so he said he was willing to lower it a little, but it was only valid for a few days. This made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. Usually estimates are good for a month, why just a few days? It seemed pushy. So we got another estimate from somewhere else that was considerably lower and provided us with much more technical background.

We are very happy with them. We like them because they are reasonable and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair. Overall, we?ve had a great experience using them. We?ll continue to use them in the future.

THEY STICK TO THEIR PROMISES. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, AND I APPRECIATE THAT. I HAVE BEEN USING DOCKSTER'S FOR FIVE YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
