Description of Work: The installer came and did not have all of the agreed upon pieces. Backing was supposed to have been included in the order and was not brought with the rest of the items. The installer and supervisor refused to provide a breakdown of the individual charges so I had to cancel the order and now dispute the charges and it set my project back 2 weeks or more. Horrible experience

Description of Work: They lost a customer! I made an online appointment 2 weeks in advance for a quote and they called back to confirm. I scheduled my entire day and came back to the house at 1pm. No one showed up. An hour later, they called to say the designer will make it at 230pm. I called them back & spoke to operator, Maria and she was abrasive and couldn't understand what type of appointment I had so I said just cancel it all together. Then she asked if I signed a contract. I was done and said good bye! They are so disorganized!!!

Description of Work: It took 4 phone calls to get someone to come out and give me an estimate on a repair for cupboards/closets that had been installed 10 years ago. When they finally came out they were surprised at how poorly the work was done. They told me the cupboards/closets needed to be replaced. I was told the estimate would be mailed to me. After a month, I finally called to see where the estimate was. They said they couldn't find the paper work, and would have to come out for another estimate. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I never received a return phone call. I will never use them again!

Description of Work: I had a good experience with the sales rep that came out to the house. The install was fine and I am happy with the closet so far. However I am fed up with their aggressive sales calls post installation. One call is fine but after I said I'm not interested in ordering another closet, they continued calling me numerous times. I have since blocked their calls but the experience has really turned me off on using them again. It's only natural that if I had a good experience using them that I would use them in the future if I NEEDED more work done and would recommend them to others but their ridiculous sales tactics have backfired and I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Added shelving, cabinets and organization to two closets and garage.

Description of Work: What a joke! No less that FOUR different people called us on the day of our appointment to let us know that 1. WE WERE SPECIALLY SELECTED FOR OUR ZIP CODE TO RECEIVE AN EXTRA 20% OFF ON TOP OF THE 40% OFF WE WERE ALREADY GETTING! 2. That our closet specialist was going to be late. 3. That our closet specialist was going to be even MORE late. 4. That our closet specialist was waiting outside our apartment and getting impatient! After arriving over an hour late, she spent almost 2 full hours taking measurements of our two, tiny rectangular closets, and sitting on the floor drawing with pencils and rulers on a piece of graph paper. This is after getting an estimate with another local company who took about 5 minutes to measure each closet and about 10 minutes to come up with two complete 3D renderings of our new closets on his computer. The woman who came to help us was completely clueless when it came to designing our closets, taking hours to create sketches that should've only taken a few minutes. When my wife asked for a change to be made to the drawings (something she had mentioned BEFORE the drawing began), the woman scoffed at her. UNBELIEVABLE! Save yourself the time and hassle from dealing with these people, and don't get sucked in by their "discounts". They quoted us almost $4500 to do the two closets when three other companies quoted us $1500-1600. Even after all of their "discounts" the total was still almost $400 higher than anyone else. OUTRAGEOUS! (Price of services $4500.00)

Description of Work: Very unprofessional. The designer kept insisting that she was the professional and knew what was best. I thought it was called "customized" for a reason. My #1 priority was a tilted shoe rack. I had to keep insisting that she include this in the design. When she didn't on the final design I insisted again and her response was it's too expensive. My response was well how much is it? It turned out to only be a difference if $120!!! Clearly she does have product knowledge as she was quite surprised when she looked up the price. She kept focusing on the price instead of offering me the best she had to offer and letting me make my own informed decision. She made me feel as if I couldn't afford the service. Would never recommend them to anyone! (cost of service $2200.00)

Description of Work: They did a custom office with desk and cabinets as well as custom cabinets in the garage. I was disappointed with their service. They are very friendly and nice and good people, but the installers aren’t trained well. They work too quickly and the design of the product is not designed well. There were design and installation problems, nails sticking out and gap issues and placement issues.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A MEDIA/BOOKCASE CENTER IN A NOOK THAT WE HAVE IN THE GREAT ROOM. ABOUT 2 FEET BY 10 FEET, WITH DOORS AND ADJUSTABLE SHELVES.
