C B E Roofing did a great job for us this summer (2019) roofing our entire house (about 2,400 square feet of house). They were professional, beautifully cleaned up after themselves every day, were courteous to my wife when I couldn't be there, worked with precision, and best of all, now that we've had four significant winter rain storms, the roof doesn't leak! The men tore off all five layers (yes, five!) of the old shingles plus additional layers of felt (yes, I got up there and counted), put down new oriented strand board sheathing on top of the old 1x6 boards, and then put the new roof on top of that. While I am not a roofing contractor, I have installed several roofs in my life, and I was impressed by the care and precision the roofers demonstrated during installation. The hips and valleys of the roof are straight, along with the lines at the middles and the bottom edges of the roof. With so much being removed from the roof, I expected to find numerous old nails and trash littered throughout our lawn . . . but no, they were careful to make sure that it was removed each day, and none of that was left in the grass for our grandchildren to step on. C.B.E. Roofing was the lowest estimate we got, but I was watching as the materials went on the roof, and they were all good quality . . . even down to the Oakridge Amber Architectural Owens Corning shingles they installed. I was also glad I chose a very light color (Oakridge Amber) for the roof: it has helped reduce the attic temperatures, and the color looks really good on the house. I also asked C.B.E. to install two vent turbines near the top of the roof line, along with an additional gable vent for added attic venting. It was all done well also. Bottom line: we're very happy with C.B.E. Roofing, the quality of workmanship, and the quality of the materials.

He was excellent. He stripped two layers, put on a new roof and he did a wonderful job. Ten years later the roofs on the house and the garage are still in great shape. We would highly recommend them to anyone. We would definitely hire them again.

We really enjoyed working with Colin and his crew. They worked quickly and the job was done in 3 days.. Colin called me daily to gave me updates on the progress which I really appreciated! Very disappointed. Roofer lie on the type of work it was going to performed. I made a request to have all of the roof plywood inspected for broken or just old wood that needed to be replaced before laying the new roof. Collin promised to do so and it was noted on the contract. As I went to go check on the work progress, to my surprise, I discovered that they were not checking for any damage wood. I called Collin immediately to ask why they were not checking, first, he was bothered by my questioning and called me difficult. then, he asked that I just go show the workers where I thought damage wood might be so they can check. So I had to get up on the roof with the workers to show them, needless to say, since they had already laid down most of the shingles It was difficult to see anything. So I would not recommend this company for roofing, but if you decide to hire, be present and check everything carefully.

They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and they were very tidy. I think that the service was definitely worth the price, and am very satisfied with the end result.

We had a leaking roof into the living room and kitchen. the previous homeowner had the roof torn off and replaced within the past 6 years, however, there was no paperwork. I got 3 bids and CBE was competitive with the other bids, but I had used them 15 years ago at my old house, so opted to use them again. They diagnosed the problem as improperly spaced roofing tiles. They suggested roofing over the current roof, rather than a tear off. They also replaced faulty turbines. They completed the work in two days, pulled the permit and cleaned up well. It hasn't rained yet, but I don't doubt everything will be fine.

I would rate them overall an A. I think the price was fair and reasonable. I haven't had any problems.

They had to replace some boards from termites .They were excellent. No problem at all. They were in and out in a week. They were clean and worked fast.

The job went smoothly and was completed in three working days. They were very efficient and professional. Colin kept track of the weather and did not start until the weather permited. I was very pleased with all aspects of their work.

THERE WAS NOTHING UNPLEASANT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. I WAS HAPPY TO GET THEM RECOMMENDED TO ME AND I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY.

IT WAS RELATIVELY PAINLESS. THEY LEFT EQUIPMENT IN THE DRIVEWAY. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AND KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT THE OVERALL PROCESS. THE CLEAN UP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY COMMUNICATED THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. THEY ARE FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND THEY ARE EASY TO TALK TO.
