Description of Work: My heat went out and they fixed it. They installed a new thermostat.

Description of Work: Have my furnace/ac maintenance contract ($100 each for 2 annual visits that is cleaning and basic maintenance). They are a little expensive for repairs, but they have kept my 30+ years old furnace and ac running far beyond expectations, including quirky little repairs that make them last another season. Used them also, for repairs when selling my mom's house. Again, we were able to defer replacement, so well worth the cost to have system diagnosed and correctly repaired in one transaction. Punctual, professional, informative, creative problem solvers (!) and clean. Was disappointed not to award them the job for replacement of my system due to me having to get separate contractors for essential parts of the job because they do only the installation.

+ -1 moreThey were suppose to redesign our duct system, but we were unable to have them to keep an appointment. The repair work was good and highly recommended by my neighbor.
Description of Work: They came and repaired the system and said that we needed a upgrade to our duct system.

Description of Work: Check Air Conditioning Ducts for leak, cleared out drain pan and line, found problem with drain pan and possible hole. Made recommendation to replace system.

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS AN ENGINEER WHO SHOWED UP FIRST. THEN THERE WAS A CREW WHO SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK. THEY CLEANED UP EVERY NIGHT, AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
